Got a vertical HEPA type vertical flow hood for an asthmatic teacher i know. Now she safely has lunch and breaks inside it. Lifesaver! Also, on time and excellent quality.

I bought a hood from this company June 2019. I ended up not moving into the space I thought so I left the hood packed in the huge container that it originally shipped in in my garage until now. I opened it up and it is cracked across the front top. I called the customer service and the lady repeated 5 times, We checked it before it left and it was fine. Obviously, you didnt do a great job of packing it. $3000 down the drain. Thanks for nothing

From the first phone call to the time of delivery they were very helpful, informative and caring. if you are looking for a professional costumer service this company is highly recommended. I just got my isolation glove box and some extra equipment and I need to say that Im very happy with what I received. Overall experience was good, with decently competitive prices for glove boxes. We did have some issues with the delivery, but were able to get it resolved with the help of their shipping coordinator. Overall good service and products!

Please DO NOT patronize Cleatech for any purchase. This is a long explanation, but please bear with it. We are a small academic research lab and needed a new hood that would work for sterile bench-top microbiology work. We shopped around and decided that the Cleatech hood was the best/economic choice. When our hood arrived on campus, there were several cracks in the front near the motor for the fan. Since this was a brand new hood and needed to maintain a sterile environment, we called Cleatech to return the unit. We were not sure of the extent of the damage (e.g. was the motor damaged or was the unit misaligned and no longer sealed) and felt that a brand-new unit should have been QC’d to ensure there was no damage before leaving the warehouse. Through phone and email we were told by a customer service rep that they would not fix the unit and if we wanted to return it we would have to pay a 25% restocking fee along with the return shipping. Even though we stated clearly that the unit was damaged, the customer service rep assumed we wanted to return it because we just didn’t want it. We asked to speak with a supervisor and eventually reached the owner of the company, Sam. Sam indicated that the best they could do was to send a repair team to replace the front plastic, but would not look at the motor. He insisted that the damage occurred in transit and that the shipping company (contracted by Cleatech) was to blame. The shipping crate was pristine when it arrived and was, in fact, used to return the unit. When we reiterated that we wanted the unit returned and refunded, Sam said we were being unreasonable and emotional. At this point, we decided that it would be better to pay the return shipping and the restocking fee, rather than maintain a relationship with this company. Please do not support a company that does not believe in sending a quality product, standing behind their product and condones rude customer service!
