Long wait 3 to 5 hrs not acceptable. I sincerely wish management does something about this issue. I am going to change my insurance provider as soon as possible.

4 hour wait through Urgent Care and 5 hours ER.Then Kaiser sent me paperwork that belongs to a Samantha! How do MDs confuse patients and on top of that I’m worried they got my biopsy mixed up with this patient. I’m worried and concerned about what I experienced…. Not acceptable at all. I will be talking to the big people at Kaiser to address this mistake.

5 hour wait for urgent care, my dad and I have Kaiser. Unfortunately for him he has to put up with this I dont. At the end of the year Im changing providers, I cant give my business to an organization that tells someone in agony to wait 5 hours. I think I deserve better than that, I am truly awaiting to read their automated response that tries to justify their slow response. I have an MBA in business and I know what it takes, they dont have enough staff for the high demand of customers they have. Im gonna assume that they dont pay well as to why they are unable to retain or recruit more talent. The end result is a poor excuse of a service or product provided here. Im done venting.

I would like to thank FRANCES THU TRAN MD, M.D. and staff for a fast and wonderful experience here. I commend her for being a doctors doctor. She was thorough in her assessment and prescribed the medication that I needed immediately to allieve the 10 pain that I was in. I immediately started to recover the same day I was wheeled in for a painful gout flair up and by the end of the night I was walking with no crutches needed. The best thing about my experience here wasnt what they did here. It was the follow up call from FRANCES THU TRAN MD, M.D. the next to check up on me and review my blood tests. Thank you Kaiser Ontaraio Urgent Care! Job well done and appreciate you for everything and also for being the brave frontline workers during the past year .

I understand and I personally take COVID very serious. But quite frankly there’s more then COVID and as a paying members we should have access to doctor visits. All the screening over the phone for what?? they tell us will call you back and we get no call backs. Not to mention rude people over the phone.

- list of things wrong w this place below- the lines literally stretch to the parking lot- rude receptionist, nurses, and doctors on multiple occasions- No appointments available, takes actual months to get them.- 4 to 5 hours for urgent care just to be seen, not including the time to actually see the doctor, just the nurse.- hours to wait to get x rays, blood work, etc taken, and then you still have to wait for the results- emergency room, an hour minimum to be seen, make u sit outside this there next to there dirty restrooms- this isn’t just because of the COVID, this is before COVID too.- mind that I pay for the most expensive package they offer, and still don’t get covered for my oxygen machine I need to breath.- I have called to the appointment center and to different departments, all tell me to redirect me to the same number, but when I call that number and ask to cancel my Kaiser membership, they hang up!- this is actually an abuse of power, getting money from the State and Federal government to “treat” people, while giving them the minimal amount of care. It’s a company abusing healthcare laws to receive as much money as possible by the government and people to, to then treat us with the minimalist of care. They are a company after all, they need to make billions.- you can see this in other departments, then cutting cost down to a minimum, like the therapy departments (physical and mental). It’s a actual joke how they treat people. You can’t just treat people like parts at a assembly line.Things need to change, and all they are willing to do is just write generic apology letters.

Over 2 hour wait for serious urgent care cases and people waiting to be seen for vitals are taken in before patients with severe pain and fatigue. Very bad triage of patients. In response to Kaiser’s reply below:We approached nurses thrice and they did not assist in assigning us to another physician. We were waiting for Dr. Wilson, and the wait was endless. I asked one nurse how many patients are ahead of us and she said she would check and never got back to us.When a patient is visibly in agony and is not being seen then THERE IS a problem with your triage of patients. Fix your softwares or train your nurses to recognize when a patient needs to be seen urgently.

Pretty skeptical at first, but the pain drove me in. Including registration, lobby wait and actual doctor visit, I was there for about an hour. For a Saturday visit, I’m impressed.

The nurse in the front made an assumption that I had covid after informing her I have allergies that makes me sneeze and that I just needed medication for my dizziness. I was embarrassed and will never go there again. Baldwin park Kaiser will now be my permanent location.

My husband is very sick. He has been extremely weak and lethargic from his morning chills and fever for 9 days now. We took a covid test 4 days ago and it came back negative so today we decided to go to Urgent Care to see if they can run blood tests or give us an medications for us to see what’s wrong. At 12PM today, we put our names down and a nurse came out and we described our symptoms to her. She called the doctor and proceeded to tell us to go back to our car and wait for a phone call visit from one of the doctors and quoted us a 30 minutes to an hour wait time.2 hours went by, so I went in and checked to see when the doctor will eventually call. The nurse said they are really backed up today so it will take awhile. At the verge of tears, the nurse proceeded to tell me that I can go wait in the ER if we cannot wait any longer. It is 5:24PM and we still have not received a call from the doctor after visiting the KP Ontario Urgent Care. This medical center clearly does not care about their members and patients. We are extremely disappointed at the process and staffs at this location. When we feel helpless, we get turned away with no help.On another note, luckily a few days ago we scheduled a telephone visit at 2:20pm today. The doctor from this tele visit ordered a COVID test, some couture blood tests to make sure it’s not a viral infection, and an influenza blood test to rule out the flu. We then tried to take the covid test at the Ontario MOB and of course they turned us away stating that they only take up walk-ins until 12pm. We would need to schedule an appointment with a doctor’s order to take the covid test at this center.Luckily, we went to San Dimas medical center and they were able to accommodate us with no appointments needed and do our blood tests altogether. The staffs at the San Dimas MOB was more accommodating and helpful. As members of KP, we felt safe and that we would be taken care of at the San Dimas Medical center. Two different KP facilities, two completely different care and support.

Urgent care services are horri ble. I came in today at 12pm and 4 hrs. Waiting..still not got called yet. RNs and LVNs have big attitude problems. No one wants talk like humans. When I enquired about how long I have to wait they said people wait up to 10 hrs. This is not acceptable and ridiculous.

I normally go to the Los Angeles Sunset Kaiser. When I went to check into urgent care here, they were unable to locate me in their system. It took at least 20 minutes to look me up. A physicians assistant saw me for maybe 3 mins and left. Nurse was rude as well. I was in a ton of back pain and the nurse told me a toradol shot was all they could do. I had a toradol shot 2 days before and it did nothing. Bedside manner was horrible. I had a very bad experience at this Kaiser.

I had called kaiser Permanente appt line and asked Does urgent care remove foreign bodies that are embedded they stayed Yes, they do. I came to Kaiser ontario urgent care and while I was paying my copay the attendant asked a nurse to see my sons foot and she said ok yes we can see him for that. This was at 850 am. Walked up the 2nd floor and waited over 1.5 hours. Dr Abdelmeseeh came in. He saw there was a piece of glass sticking out of my son foot and he would not touch it because we have an appt with a podiatrist to remove it. But the glass is now coming out. His primary did not want to try to remove it either and made the appt for the podiatrist. My son cannot walk and is in pain. I made sure that before coming in that this did this sort of thing. Now im out a copay just because the dr didnt want to dig. The glass is literally sticking out of his foot. What the point of urgent care of they cant do simple things like this. Its very frustrating.
