Receptionist are robotic and rude... Had appointment at 10 a.m. decided to leave at 11:15 a.m. No point waiting any longer. Went to hospital emergency and incredible as this may sound I was attended in 23 minutes.This clinics employees need some training on cordiality.

Staff is nice, get all of my stuff taken care of fairly quickly once inside. The only problem I have is the wait times. Whats the point of making an appointment if youre not gonna get seen at your designated appointment time.

Love it. Just get there with plenty of time and expect to wait if you don’t have an appointment.

Had to put a star to review but they deserve nothing . The waiting is reduculse 2 hours and still waiting . Never coming here again . Hope who ever is reading the reviews dont make the same mistake I did .

Worst clinic ever went in because my son broke his wrist, we waited about 5 hours for them to say they cant do anything and they we going to refer me to another place, now its almost three weeks later I had to call them because I was never called and found out I was never given a referral. My sons split is falling apart and nothing is being none!

Wouldnt recommend this place to anyone(Especially work related injury.) Front staff is rude and unprofessional, the wait is ridiculous and physical therapy is even worse!! You can show up half dead and the doc will still tell u you are ok, u can go back to work. Long story short.. Do not go there!!!

I went there yesterday 7/3/15 Very rude . Josephine the doctor or fnp whatever she was , was so rude and laughed at me I would never go back there . Long wait and they didnt even do what I asked they made all these excuses on why I had to come back in two weeks. Never go this place. A lot more happens while I was there and I went straight to the boards website to file a complaint so I will be send in my complaint the first thing Monday.

I use to like this place went with both my pregnancies but now it has changed takes me weeks to schedule appointments because all they do is transfer you and hang up. Then they get upset because you havent made an appointment?!?

Dont go here the staff is rude and Dr. even worse . I was there to pick up a copy of my daughters immunizations and I waited for almost five hours for them just to tell me they lost her file.

Waiting Long , the lady on the left in the window is very arrogant!

There is a reason for the low stars that everyone is giving. If you are a family who is expecting ... Go anywhere else but here. # 1 front desk IS friendly, but the Medical staff is cold, clinical, and unprofessional. Often times they would go without introduction of themselves or feeling towards you or your baby. They try and push you to do invasive procedures for the purpose of billing you. In the end, if you try and use your rights as a woman. If you try and make your own choices for your own body, they mock you and are condescending towards you. Since they cant bill for a blood tests and pap smear, they will tarnish your medical records with non-compliance and kick you out! Avoid this place for your baby and your own peace of mind. As a husband, it was startling to see my wife mocked, and bullied because she just wanted to make her own choices about her own body. Unfortunately they dont care about your body your choice. They care about how much they can squeeze out of your insurance ... And if that isnt every drop, they kick you out!There is a reason for the low stars that everyone is giving.
