Worst place to get birth control pills from. I ran out of my pills called to request a refill and they told me I wasn’t able to refill for another 2 weeks due to the system saying “it’s to soon to refill”. Or they said I could pay out of pocket or wait till the day the system says to get my free birth control.

I first started going to One World Pharmacy a little over 4 years ago. Now before I go on a rant, not every incident with them was bad. However, about 95% of my visits were a nightmare. Constantly making mistakes on what I requested to be filled, it would be something else. Then there times a script would be ready to be filled, they would tell me thats not what are computers say. And they just love to make up all these absurd policies that no other pharmacy would.Today was the last straw, Im changing pharmacies!

Rude, supposedly bi- lingual, but seem to speak only Spanish. The website says open til 6:30 but I got turned away at 5:15

Im white and everytime I go here I grab a number with my pregnant wife, it doesnt take long to get up to the counter, but once my wife presents her insurance card they have us wait, then we see all the hispanics go up to the counter and present their insurance and ban they get to leave, happens more often than not and really just a waste of time!! They even lost our paperwork before!!

Best pharmacy for the low income, although one needs to be seen by a OneWorld doctor before being able to get any discounted prescriptions.A lot of low income families go and pick up there medications here so be prepared to wait a while for your medication.The pharmacy staff is genuinely a great group of people.

The employees of One world pharmacy were extremely rude and degrading. I will never go back there again.

Had to call the nurse three times regarding medication to make sure it was correct when I picked it up. I arrived at the pharmacy then I was asked twice for my date of birth. Then I was given my bag of medication and proceded to pay.When I arrived home, I opened the bag The medication that I specifically had called about, was not in the bag. I then called One World to speak with a nurse at exactly 4:45 today . I waited to speak with someone until 5:10 .I was then told that all the nurses had left already.SHM

TERRIBLE! For the last 5 months that I have tried to fill my Rx here, they never have my medication in stock. The excuse they gave was that I am the only one who takes these specific type of medications, which I highly doubt (One instance they gave me 4 pills out of 90 because that was all they had, so SOMEBODY else has to be on this type of medication) and today I simply made a call letting them know next week I will need to fill my Rx, could they please order my medication so it is in stock. Simple enough right? NOPE! They claimed they couldnt order it in, yet I call CVS and its a no problem! Due to my physical condition, I am unable to drive and have to schedule rides to my appointments weeks in advance, which on several occasions I have let the pharmacists know, so waiting until the next day isnt a feasible option. Yet do they care? Nope! What sucks is that I am on a fixed income and really could use the discounts that they provide, but it always seems to be something with these people. Only deal with them if you absolutely have to. What happened to caring about the patients???

They are very busy, but always ready to answer questions and do everything they can to assist. They have gone above and beyond to help me with problems with Work comp insurance.

Really genuinely surprised to see the low ratings. People, this the cheapest place to get your rxs, everything is done in the order its received, and everybody is super super nice. and, did I mention its chhhhheap! Perspective people, perspective.

Was treated very rudely when i got my daughters prescription filled this pharmacy is for everyone not just for your people and the illegales that come here the pharnacist she was very rude none of you that work here in these buildings are perfect you people need to mind your own buissness quite listening to he said she said all of you need to learn to have respect !!!!

I will never use this pharmacy again! Their customer service is the worst. They hang up on you when you try and get answers. They dont fax information to the medication company like they tell you they have. They tell you when you have your 1st initial visit that the meds from Pfizer will only take one month, you call them back to find out whats going on, and they tell you someone made a mistake in telling me it would only be a months wait Whos running the show there?! You ask to speak to a manager and theyre never there. Its like a 3 ring circus when you walk into the place. The only thing they had to do was mail in my photo ID with my doctors prescription along with my paper work to Pfizer from the very beginning and they couldnt even get that right! And, in the process, making me wait even longer for a prescription that is badly needed for Neuropathy. They also told me I signed a paper giving them the right to sign my name. Asked for a copy of that a week ago from them, and still havent gotten it. They really need to get their crap together there.

I have dealt with a lot of pharmacies for my asthma medications over the years and found One World Pharmacy to be very good at filling my prescriptions in a timely manner, answering any medication questions that I may have and find the staff to be friendly. I am glad that I have discovered One World Pharmacy and would definitely recommend it to a friend.

Worst costumer service ever , wait for the medicine for over an hour and medicine was already done after 20 minutes instead of call my name, they put the medicine away , shame on the employes doing nothing. I dont recommend this pharmacy.

Waited in waiting are over an hour being told meds would be ready in 15-20 minutes.

Though the waiting room is something to be desired the price for my medication for my auto immune disease is crazy cheap some of my meds can cast up to $200 but some of it goes down to less than $100 so even just that i give this place all the stars!
