Takes the time to listen to your symptoms. He always makes you feel comfortable. My refill requests are always handled immediately . His office is extremely nice as is his staff. Id highly recommend him.

Dr. Odegaard was fine, but there is a disconnect within this office somewhere. The level of communication with patients is incredibly lacking. Phone calls never get returned. The staff even claimed they “never got my calls” after I left multiple messages over weeks asking for a call back. Didn’t get a call back until I filed a complaint. How is it acceptable to act as if your patients’ time is not valuable? It is in no way cheap to see a specialist, but a lot of people don’t have the option not to. I was highly satisfied with Dr. Odegaard and his staff at first, but once I was “cleared” they didn’t seem to care about me.

I have been seeing Dr. Odegaard for about 3-4 years now. He is very efficient and quick. I dont like to spend all of my time in the office, I find going in In the morning gets me in quickly. I always have refills and when I need more, it is taken care of quickly.

Dr. Odegaard and staff are very professional and thorough. He answers all my questions, and takes the time to explain treatments and procedures.

I loved my time with Dr David Odegaard. He was very prompt coming into the room and took all the necessary time I needed to understand my condition.

Hello?? Is anybody working there still? Do you not know how to return phone calls?? We are currently with Odeggard at Bergen. His office staff are very impersonal and unprofessional, they never return phone calls for script refills to us or Walgreens and have ignored our messages for a week almost. My husband has been without his pills for almost 2 weeks now. We are looking for a more professional, established and caring practice as we speak. Im absolutely dumbfounded with how rude the staff and nurses are. Furthermore Ive never seen such complete disregard for patient care.

I have been a patient of Dr. Odegaard’s for about 8-9 years. He has a wonderful bedside manner and is very prompt to respond to patient inquires and lab follow-ups.He is also on top of the latest research regarding endocrinology. Prior to finding Dr. Odegaard, my labs were always off and I felt terrible.In response to a few negative reviews listed before mine... I cannot imagine Dr.Odegaard allowing a patient to go without his or her medicine for 2 weeks. There must be another story here? As a medical professional myself, there are a lot of non-compliant patients that are upset and write nasty reviews when a doctor doesn’t “give” them what they want.If there is anything negative to say, it is not about Dr. Odegaard or the nurses, but the front desk staff. They will stare at you blankly and act as if you are interrupting their snack when you arrive to check-in. I have literally had a receptionist shove a piece of food in her mouth and stare at me, when I asked if I could check in. No other patients were waiting!

My 21 yr old son has Type 1 Diabetes and we were recommended Dr. Odegaard after not being pleased with our previous Dr. We love Dr. Odegaard...so far, he has been very thorough with my son. He spends time on him and makes things very understandable for us. He gives us to dos or things to improve on and this is helpful for being new to the disease. Would highly recommend him and his nurses are just as personable. Weve seen him at Midlands and Bergen.

Dr. Odegaard & staff are the most unprofessional people Ive ever met in the healthcare field, bar none! Their complete incompetence & attitude is simply appalling! I dont want to get into the numerous details about the terrible experience I had there but leave it to say, Just Stay Away as they should all be FIRED!!

I couldnt be happier with Dr. Odegaard! Ive never had any issues with him or his staff, and I always feel like his focus is on me when Im in the office. Dr. Odegaard knows his stuff, and I wouldnt trust my endrocrine health to anyone else!

Save yourself and do not see this doctor. Staff dont return phone calls timely. Nurse is very rude. Dr. Oddegard has horrible bedside manner and he makes judgments without listening to your perspective of the symptoms.
