They offer a “25% discount” for payment at the time of service, but don’t bother to mention that you will also receive a separate and substantial bill later from the radiologist who reads the films. This is unethical in my opinion. You should always have a good faith estimate up front what something will cost.
They dont answer the phone. Their answering machine says they are closed, despite it being normal business hours. And despite my doctor ordering a test stat they couldnt be bothered to call me to schedule it. Be sure to ask your doctor to send you somewhere else for imaging.
Trying to call for an appointment alone is a reason to not like this place. On hold for over an hour with the same repetitive recording every minute.

Check in staff was very friendly and helpful. Very good experience. X-ray tech had problems getting films and had to take them over and over. By the time I was done, my back was hurting worse than when I went in. She was very friendly, just couldnt seem to get the correct image. Maybe it was me, maybe it was her.
What is the point of scheduling an appointment if they are first come first serve? Waited forever, only one staff member!!!
