Dr. Jude and his staff are amazing. I was fortunate enough to find them about 6 years ago. I wouldnt even consider going to any other dental office. Everyone is so pleasant every time I go there. They always go above and beyond to ensure that I get the best deal from my insurance as well. Dr. Jude is a miracle worker. He filled in some gum recessions that I have had for years. Ive never had that option presented to me from other Dental professionals. I thought I was just left to suffer with the sensitivity of it. That wasnt the case. Not only did he do an amazing job, but the color matching to my own teeth is incredible. You cant even tell Ive had it done. I cant say thank you enough to Dr. Jude and his staff. If I could give them 10 Stars I would.

My first visit to Dr. Jude was a very thorough examination. It was confirmed I needed a crown replaced, oh joy! My cleaning with Jen was awesome. I have a few spots that are zingers and she never hit them. I was surprised she performed all the cleaning with her tools. No short-cuts for her. This was the BEST cleaning I have had in memory.A few weeks later I returned for the crown process and was pleased with the end result. With a refresher on brushing and flossing techniques my mouth is in the best condition ever. I am fortunate to have found Dr. Jude.

Rosie was extremely competent and warm in assisting him. Tina walked me through my insurance benefits to make sure I was informed about what I should expect to pay for services. Everyone made me feel welcome. They also made sure to carefully follow health safety protocols! Happy that I was able to find a new dentist that I trust after my previous dental office unexpectedly went out of business.

Dr. Jude and his staff are warm, efficient and friendly. I did receive a follow up call to see how I was faring. Ill have more to report after my next 12 appointments for a complete rebuild. One down, so far.

Service and capability of doctor and staff seemed fine. Implant dentistry is very expensive - I was looking at almost 9K for a tooth. Have to take time to decide if its worth spending the money

Dr Jude did a crown for me in fall of 2017 and a bridge in fall of 2018. Technically his work is excellent but he was noticeable rougher than other dentists I have been to.His billing practices are what troubled me. He has clients pay up front, which is fine – consistent with other dentists I’ve been to, but... The day I paid for the bridge work, their computers were acting up and I got an unusual statement. It said I had paid over $200 more than the “patient responsibility” allowed by my insurance. When I questioned, I was told it was standard practice (it’s never happened to me before) to make sure the insurance payment has been estimated correctly. A couple of months later I was reimbursed the overpayment amount. But it made me wonder about the 2017 procedure. So I checked my records, and I had been overcharged then too, again approximately 10%. I provided the documentation to Dr Jude’s bookkeeper and eventually was also reimbursed that amount. But that wouldn’t have happened if I hadn’t noticed and questioned. So if you decide to use this office I suggest you keep an eye on your bills.

I damaged my partial and needed it repaired. I called Dr. Judes office at 8:00 am and was seen the same day. The partial needed to be repaired at the dental lab and was ready the following day. Dr. Jude fine tuned the fit and I was good to go. Always a good experience and impressive outcome within the friendly concerned atmosphere that he and his staff afford his patients.

They are just good people who make you feel comfortable and welcome. Was nervous and ashamed but they eased that tension away very quickly. So I would highly recommend that you should not have any reservations about visiting with the whole staff. Plenty of laughs and good wholesome advice

Dr. Jude’s work is exceptional, I couldnt be more pleased with my prosthetics. They look fantastic and fit perfect. All his staff are friendly and helpful. I’ve never had a bad experience with a Jude office visit. I recommend his service above all others!

I am not saying I enjoy going to the dentist for an 2.5 hour long procedure. .A sensitive, gentle artist who makes my front teeth beautiful , even with the temporary caps. Dr. Jude communicated with me throughout the procedure.

I never made it in to see the doctorThey fail to mention that if your late they will not ever see you again.I left early and came straight off a grave yard shift. I got lost and had forgotten my phone.I made it there and would have even paid an appiontment miss fee.Instead i was belittled and made to feel insignificant for my mistake . I was rudely sent away.I left in tears.Thank you for your great understanding and compassion.

I discovered the team at Prosthetic Dentistry of Tumwater with the hopes of finding just the right fit for some major dental implant work! Not only did they offer financial guidance with planning for such a surgery, but made me comfortable throughout every step of the process!
