Ms Kathy is a wonderful worker, shes started working on my hands 2017 and all well and back to work. I came back again., cause i have another surgery again this year 2019 on my wrists and now shes working on me to get them better so i can get back to work. Shes very honest and also shes good in what she do. Very concerned about her clients. Good lady and great worker.

I have been coming here since 2016 due to numerous surgeries I have had. I could not ask for a better place to receive my physical therapy. The staff is incredibly friendly, professional, and a lot of fun to be around. Throughout my recovery, my main therapist has been Scott. He has helped me stay motived throughout this entire rehabilitation, listens, and answers all of my questions. You cant ask for something better than that. Also the lovely smiling face that you see when you walk in, Rachael. She has been here since I first started coming to therapy. She is beyond helpful with my scheduling and the communication through the insurance company. I would highly recommend her being the face of ARC due to the amount of happiness she brings. I would recommend ARC to anyone and have. Thank you to all of my therapists Scott, Megan, Rachael, Ivan, and the lovely Rachael.

All the staff at arc are amazing! very knowledgeable, friendly and attentive. I’ve spent the majority of my sessions with Ivan and Kathy and I would greatly recommend ARC Olathe for anyone with physical therapy needs. They have been a great help to me.

Hi Id like to take this time to thank Kathy my physical therapist At ARC in Aletha. Shes doing physical therapy with my hand and arm and doing therapy that Ive never had before such as cupping and the H wave machine, as well as various exercises. I can have several hours with much less pain following the use of the H wave, which allows me time to do my at home exercises. I can not think of a more pleasant person to work with when you are in pain. Her kindness, her knowledge and her genuine caring for the client is extraordinary. What a awesome place! All of the therapists are knowledgable and friendly. Rachael at the front desk is super nice and helpful. She took care of all my appointments, and printed out my schedules. All my questions were answered and everyone was very flexible. I could ask any therapist questions and they were glad to help. Scott came up with a game plan and thoroughly went over it with me. Ivan, and Megan were 2 of my main therapists, I couldnt ask for better people. Mason was another fantastic addition in my recovery journey. I highly recommend ARC. On my last visit Megan printed out my exercises and made sure I had everything to keep strengthening my shoulder. She even gave me a shirt. I have had therapy before and felt like I was taking a test every time I went. The atmosphere at ARC is warm and friendly. I always received ice after therapy and a friendly goodbye. If you want a place where no question is dumb and you feel like they really care, go to ARC. located right off I35, it is in a great spot. Thank you all for taking this journey with me!! Went here to have a strength test for work. Really friendly atmosphere and my doctor was incredibly helpful. He said they help many people to get jobs, with workplace accidents, and post-surgery physical therapy.

I’ve been a patient at ARC Olathe as a result of a work related injury. As part of my treatment, I was sent to ARC for rehab. I have been at the Olathe facility for an extended period of time and have gotten to know most if not all of the therapists and office staff. My injury has been one of those that bothers me on a daily basis, with good days and some bad. When I first went there for treatment I do have to say I wasn’t all that anxious to work out since I knew things were going to hurt. However, I actually look forward to my visits there now. The environment at ARC Olathe is very relaxed and music plays in the background on most days. The staff all work well together and they interact with their patients. Not only talking to patients about their physical therapy needs, but also talking to them on a personal level. The entire group at Olathe ARC are very knowledgeable and they strive to get you back to your normal routine. They all motivate you, even on those days when you come in and don’t really want to push yourself. Rachel, who has always been my first contact at ARC is kind enough to set up my appointments for me. On those occasions when I have been late for an appointment she has given me a call to remind me or to see if there was an issue. Again very friendly and easy to talk to. The PT experts that I interact with the most are Megan, Lina, Scott and Trent. Again all of my interactions with them have been very positive and friendly. They always greet me with a smile and a laugh before the work begins. They all have their own special personal traits that they bring to the office in addition to their PT knowledge. I can’t say enough good things about them as therapists and people. Kathy is the hand specialist there. I don’t work with her but I do see her working diligently on a regular basis always with a smile on her face. Thanks guys for all of your help and putting up with my antics! Dave Cole OPPD

Thank you for the physical therapy I received at this facility, from Ivan. He was very professional, and caring. I would highly recommend Ivan and the ARC staff.

Some of you might like this place but I have had physical therapy before and I have never seen such an unprofessional operated place in my life when it comes to therapy. Sometimes you might have three different therapist in the same week and most seem lost as to what you did your last visit. You do a set of exercises and your therapist is off visiting with someone else and not focused on what you are doing. Never seen a place where the therapist is working with two or more people at the same time. After a work out I have been told you should have no less than 15 minute icing/cold pac of the area with 20 minutes being ideal. At ARC youre lucky to get 10 minutes and if you run over on time you get none. Nope not for me and I wont return to there.
