The vet was unbelievably amazing with my pit bull who is protective over his feet but the vet was amazing clipping them for us and didnt hold the stereotype against my baby he was also very helpful and quick to diagnose what ear infection he had and how to treat it even after having a hard time with my boy he was still loving and kind to him 100 out of 10 its a great place to take your babies

Ive taken pets here before and thought it was a good place. Cost was good too. I recently got a new kitten that I wanted to take in. Called to see how much it would be and was rushed off the phone. He wouldnt even take time to talk to me. I was in the middle of asking a question and he just says have a good day and hangs up! How professional is that?! I know I will find a place that actually wants to answer my questions and cares about my concerns for my animals. As a vet you would think they would care about that too! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!

Our family cant recommend Dr. Beggs enough. We have two senior dogs and young boxer that love him. We appreciate Dr. Beggs straight-forward communication style and his common-sense approach to treating the health issues that arise with our animals. We appreciate that Dr. Beggs doesnt just jump straight to expensive exploratory testing and procedures before first trying less-invasive and less-expensive alternatives. Highly Recommend

Our experience today ended in a decision that was extremely hard to deal with. The Dr. Was honest upfront and very compassionate. He laid out the options and what to expect. If you are looking for an honest veterinarian here should be your choice.

Cold and heartless veterinarian!! I rushed my chihuahua to Best Care Olathe animal Hospital. Our regular veterinarian is 45 minutes away when she went into labor she tried to deliver one of her pups who was stuck in her birth canal when I arrived at the animal Hospital we were taken back to a room my dog was laid on the table with the puppy still protruding from her body. Dr. Beggs did nothing for her or the pup. all he was concerned about was being paid I wasnt expecting any free services but that was the last thing on my mind!! I just wanted to make sure that my dog was going to be okay!! And was hoping that he would help but he was no help!!! He did nothing for her he didnt even touch her!!! All he was concerned about was his fees. He was quick to collect his $49 though when I told him I did not have 750 to $1,200 right at that moment for him to perform an emergency C-section. Thankfully after loading my dog back in the truck I found a veterinarian with a heart and I can happily say all is good with Mama and babies !!!

Dr. Beggs is absolutely wonderful. He is upfront, honest, kind to my doggies, and most of all extremely patient with me. He is the the absolute best and I would recommend him to anyone.

Just discovered Dr. Beggs in January 2019. I am so happy to have found him. I cannot wait to take my new puppy in to meet him:):) I highly recommend him.

Took my cat to get a full grooming and ended up not getting her claws trimmed or the fur between her paws cut down. You’d have better luck going to PETCO rather than taking your animal here to be groomed.

Great with my dogs. My dogs love and trust Dr.Beggs. Dr. Beggs is very honest and reasonable with prices.

We have been taking our cat and dog to Dr. Beggs for over 13 years. He and the rest of his staff has always been professional, personable and showed compassion, especially when our dog Chance suffered from cancer and had to be put to sleep. We even received a sympathy card from the entire staff. We now have another dog Chase that actually likes going to the vet!! We also use Best Care regularly for boarding. I would and have recommended Best Care, Dr. Beggs and the rest of his staff to anyone!

Dr. Beggs takes excellent care of our pets and always makes sure to answer all of our questions. Even my grumpy senior dog got top notch care under Dr. Beggs, who always remembers each dog and their personalities. I cant give high enough reviews. Thank you Dr. Beggs!

Dr. Beggs has been my vet for 30 years. He even came to my house when it was time to put my animals down over the years so they could pass in the comfort of their own home. Very knowledgable. I recommend him to all.

Im a first time pet owner to a 5 week old kitten. The morning of May 14, 2015 she was running in the bedroom and hit her head; 10 minutes later she was found bleeding from the mouth. We rushed her to the closer veterinarian to my house when arriving it took the doctor a couple minutes to come in the room because he was yelling at his receptionist for rushing us in the room to seek medical care to our kitten. The first thing he said to us was, have you ever been here before? Not worried about our kitten. When we replied with a no he was very disrespectful and rude to us and told me, that he will not help me or my non breathing kitten out unless he had $500 dollars in his hand then asked us to leave when we didnt have the money. Last thing Im worried about is grabbing $500 before heading to the vet with my bleeding kitten. And this is a 24/7 emergency vet? Never again will I come back.

They got me in for an emergency visit after my dog was bitten by a squirrel. The Doctor was courteous and prompt.
