I stopped in Starkey Hear Care right after lunch today. Summer greeted me and asked how she could help. I explained my problem. She took my aids and returned in a short amount of time. Summer explained that when I purchased my aids that I also got a free cleaning every six months which I completely forgot about. As luck would have it, my aids just needed cleaning since it had been at least a few years since I purchased them. Summer put me on a six month cleaning schedule and I was then on my way. This whole experience was quick and very satisfying. Thank you Summer and Starkey staff for your excellent service.

Had a mold tubing break, walked in and was taken care of with minimal wait. Super friendly, fast and even did my scheduled cleaning so I don’t need to come back in a few weeks. Thanks!

I knew that I have had some hearing loss and wanted to see how bad it had gotten. The staff at Starkey is amazing. Took all the safety protocols necessary yo ensure everyones safety. They went over the test results explained the results. Talked about the solutions available. There was no pressure to purchase a hearing aid. I mentioned to them that I wanted to check with the VA and they were more than helpful in providing me additional resources.thanks again Starkey HearCare

This is my third set of hearing aids the first two were from a different audiologist and I was never happy with them. I went to Southwest Hearing now Starkey Hear Care and they have been wonderful to work with from testing, advise, cleaning, service, and help when needed.

Starkey Hear Care is the best experience I have ever had with my 16+ years of hearing aid wear. The aids themselves are just amazing, I am hearing things I have never heard before with any other aids; the battery charging works great and it is a joy to step away from batteries that go out and need to be changed at the most inconvenient times. The automatic noise adjustment feature means you can hear your friends in a crowded restaurant, as well as conversations around you.The most critical part of the hearing aid purchase is the service/after care, and Casey Penfold is the best I have ever experienced! He is bright, cheerful, professional, and genuinely caring. GREAT job, Starkey!

Chad OGara. This doctor doesnt have any respect to the older patients. Very unfriendly, doesnt want to help. Will not even bother to cancel follow up appointment for 100 years old patient, when his equipment was down and he was not able to provide services it was scheduled for. We had a few appointments with this doctor, but he was not able properly set up my grandmas hearing aids. He got very frustrated when I told him she is still not able to hear and his respond was: she supposed to hear! he tried to say like she is lying. We never back to this doctor, but unfortunately my grandma couldnt go to different doctor because of her insurance plan. Very sad. She died a few months later, and was not able to hear her loved ones.

Very friendly staff. Came in for in-ear monitor impressions for leading worship at church. Come see this doc.
