Dr. Woodroof is very knowledgeable he answered all my questions so that I understand why he is doing what he is doing and what needs to be aligned properly so my body can heal. Ike was my first chiropractic experience. I was a bit sceptical, but after the x-ray and being able to see my spine twisted and turned, I decided that I needed to act before it got any worse. I visited Dr. Woodroof after running a half marathon & was dealing with quite a bit of foot pain. Dr. Woodroof was extremely knowledgeable on issues that long distances runner usually face & was able to pinpoint my pain within the first appointment. The needleless acupuncture that he used on my foot help tremendously & he sent me home with a few foot exercises to work on. It has been a full week since I had my visit & Im 90% pain free already. I have to be honest: I was a bit nervous/skeptical of chiropractic on my way in the door, but am now a firm believer! Last year, I had sudden and severe neck pain that wouldnt seem to go away. Dr. Woodroof is a great guy to have in your corner! Last December I was hanging Christmas lights on my house. I Finished up and everything was fine, however a few hours later that night I started noticing some light but annoying back pain. I thought nothing of it and went to bed as normal. The following morning I woke up in an excruciating amount of pain, to the point I was in tears trying to dress myself. I immediately looked in any direction for some sort of help. Between ice, compression, and any other means of home remedies I fell short. My wife looked up Dr. Woodroof and scheduled the first appointment that she could, which much to my surprise, was about an hour from her calling. I got to Dr. Woodroofs clinic and he quickly exaimaned me and found that I had somehow had a rib out of place. After the initial treatment I felt immediate relief. Step by step I followed his visit schedule and treatment plan and was back feeling almost new within a week. Two weeks later I was back to my normal self and very thankful that there was someone who could get me back on my feet. I work a physically demanding job and being off work is just not an option for me or my household and without Dr. Woodruff I firmly believe that I would have missed much more work and worse yet elongated the agony.
