Wow, where do I start. That was my first experience with Nava, Odessa, TX. It was head and shoulders above any Clinic I had ever visited. From the outstanding and no less courteous front desk staff, to the MA and onto the actual PA himself, this was the best ran, most efficient staff on the planet. Rather it be businesses, or individuals, I simply do not have adequate enough words to express my satisfaction or appreciation, or give a rating high enough to even begin to cover their value to the professional world!Kudos, to Nova, Odessa, TX, and many, many thanks to you all!Ellis

I sent a driver in for a none DOT post accident drug instant test. They did not have an instant test so the took it upon themselves to give my driver a done DOT test that needed to be sent to the lab without check with me to see if that was OK. Had to send him back for a rapid test the next day. Day 3 I had to call back and have them put me on hold for 20 minutes so they could look for the test results. Still waiting to have them sent to my provider that was on the e-pass. Had my provider make them as do not use ever. Give them 1 stare because I cant give them a negative stars.

There is a legible sign on the door instructing those coming in to wear a mask. There is a separate sign indicating that it must be worn over the mouth and nose at all times. If we are required to do this, so should your front office staff!!! The woman who gave me and took my initial paperwork kept pulling her mask down and eventually pulled it down all together.The “mask” situation should be optional!!!

The girls were nice. However, if you were so worried about germs/covid, why was the table you lay on for the DOT physical never cleaned? Dirt where your feet go, pillow was soiled and wrinkled. I was made to wear a mask, the whole time, however, some of the girls didnt.I was at Nova on 4th in odessa .I wish I had gone to Midland

Nova medical center was clean, professional and Really friendly had me in and out.

Openly breaking the law, unorganized, rude and unprofessional. If I wasnt trying to get a new job, this would be the last place in Texas Id go for anything. Dont come here unless you want to be ignored, or treated like you have the plague. Would give it less than one star of I could.

They got me in pretty quick, we didnt waste anytime. I went in for a pre-employment drug screen. The urine test and the hair follicle test.I was in and out in no time and the ladies there were very cordial.

It took me an hour and a half to do a simple drug test and breathalyzer.

Rude people from the receptionist to the person giving the UA waited over an hour and a half just to go get my test done and was the first one there definitely will not go back I will opt for another company

The nurses and doctor were real friendly. They were pretty fast to tend to you . I highly recommend them 💯👍

Wait time was ok! Front desk personnel acted like I was an inconvenience! Lady who did the drug and alcohol test was very nice! The man who did the physical was an absolute joke. You dont ask personal questions make jokes about them. And when replied in a sarcastic manner tell me my its a serious question. Sir you are unprofessional. And not even a doctor nor my employer. Other people may not be as forgiving as I was! And give you a mouthful back, of teeth.

They are quick! And very helpful. I went in for a random screen for my work and they were very friendly and helpful. I was in and out in less than an hr!

Long wait. Usually clinics have more than one dr...I guess this place does not. Was greeted by a tall dirty blonde very rudely. She said use hand sanitizer or we wont see you. Thought these clinics were first come first serve. No one here before me yet in 5th in line for physical. Receptionist both were on there phone playing music aloud were everyone could here...other was on Facebook. I didnt choose to come here company made me. I would definitely go elsewhere.

I went on a Friday morning, and the weather was bad so they weren’t too busy. The staff was very laid-back and was kind of loud with their personal conversation but the lady who helped me with my drug screening was very polite and professional. I’d recommend this place nothing too bad about it

It was a very nice experience. The nurses were very precise and to the point and very beautiful.

3 hr wait for a 15 min process. Its ridiculous! Thankfully the lady that called my name was so sweet and amazing, made it all better by the time I walked out.

Megan, Nelly, and Xray tech (sadly I cant remember her name at moment) gave such great service! Thanks to Nelly for always being full of life.. even when in pain she could make me crack a smile... her therapy sessions really helped minimize my back pain. The Xray tech always on the go.. she had such a great attitude, always doing her job well and promptly. And Megan? Wow! Loved her! She always had an answer for any question I had.. always heard me out, and always found solutions. Her positive and bubbly attitude always made the doc visits that much smoother! She is great at what she does...and she brings such value to this office!Today was my last day at Nova. It was bittersweet since these girls were so great! Thank you Nova!

Rediculoualy slow to get people in and out in a timely manner. Was there 4 hours for a simple drug screen and renewal for DOT card. The only reason for the extra star was for my nurse. She was awesome. The PA was a pain in the rump and the wait times for drug testing is horrible. After my complaint to my HR they are looking for a different place and will no longer use nova in any of our districts.

Quick and easy. Went for a UA for a new company and I was in and out. Nurses and front staff were exceptionally kind. I would use them again.

Nurse staff doing actual testing was great for being towards the end of the day. Front desk, not so much. In and out in an hour total so I was happy.

The wait was excessively long and only three people were waiting. The lady at the front desk was real rude and just gave off the vibe that she did not want to be there. However the the nurse that took me back was real nice and professional.

Ive been waiting for an hour for a drug test. In that hour theyve only called 1 person back there. Ill definitely not come back and tell everyone to stay away.

Well about the only problem I had was the wait time, HOWEVER coming in around lunch time may have been a bad idea. But other than that I was very pleased with the services and it was handled pretty fast once the ball started rolling.

There were allot of employees on staff and we were the first in line to get signed in but there was a looong wait before they called anyone. I was like Wow

Spacious sitting a lot of open space. Staff was ok, one of the ladies seemed like she hated her job, but the lady that took my back explained the whole process.

Been waiting for 4 hours for a physical and a simple urine drug screen and currently still waiting so looking at maybe 5 or 6 hrs total worse place ever. Literally my whole day gone just waiting.

Waited 2 hours for a pre employement UA , and the bad part is there was only 2 people ahead of me when i walked in......thanks for your reply Nova , and as a sugestion being in a busy oilfield town where everyday, people are being sent for pre employement and random tests , you might want to assign personel that specificaly attend to this

Horrible experience. Came in for a basic piss test and got there before 9. I sat for an hour until I was about to pee my pants. I mean I have to go so bad that Im pacing the floor amd dancing like a child doing the pee pee dance. When I got there it was me and one other guy in the waiting room. I tell the lady im about to pop and she tells me well there is still one person in front of you. I give up she shows me to the rest room and she tells me if I could just hold a little in they only need like this much. Yeah I will jist stop this dam bursting mid stream. I say no I will come back. I go back and Im typing the review from the waiting room and Ive been here almost two hours and Im about to piss my pants again. This place is terrible choose another, unless you want prostate problems.

Checked in at 915 and didn’t get called to the back until 11:45. Slow, even know not busy at all. Will not go back.

Went in to take a physical and I had a very ungracious experience, An employee by the name of Tamera would use profanity as well as slam doors, after making comments as too why there was so many Fing patients. Very unprofessional, the other staff seemed to be curtious but unaware or unfazed by her behaviour/antics.
