The Nurse Practitioner, I think her name was Lisa, was very thorough. There were several possibilities that it could be. She found a medical office to get an mri, to avoid going to the Emergency Room. She followed up the next day with the results. She explained the problem the findings of the mri very well.I have had to go to Absolute Quick Care before, and have been treated by her. I was happy it was her, when she walked into the room. She is excellent, thorough and compassionate.

Went before the pandemic came to the US because I had a fever, couldnt breathe and my chest was tight. I was told that I had a chest infection... After leaving there I wasnt feeling right about my diagnosis... Drove right to the emergency room where they found fluid on my right lung and diagnosed me with pneumonia. If I would have taken the diagnosis from Absolute Quick Care, I very well could have ended up staying in the hospital or much worse.

I came as a new patient, great place to come when you have an emergency. Great staff, Belkys took care of my paperwork super fast lovely women. Christina GREAT doing the swap test. Lisa G super quick, nice lady took care of my vitals. thanks Lisa B (provider) definitely coming back here.

I do appreciate the later hours at this urgent care. Perhaps it was because I went at 6pm but they seemed to have no urgency and the ARNP who saw me was more worried about everything other than what I was there for. There was no MD there as far as I know. After over 90 minutes there with only 2 people ahead of me I finally left with a prescription that isnt helping so far. The waiting area is warm and the rooms once you are taken back are freezing. They did seem to be cleaning in the rooms (but not waiting area) between patients and had signs everywhere to keep mask on at all times.

Belky S. made me instantly feel welcomed when I walked into the office. Lisa G was the nurse who assisted me and she was more than pleasant. Wonderful personality and treated me so kindly. Lisa B is a wonderful doctor and reassured me with all my concerns with a great extent of knowledge. Wonderful doctors office that I would recommend to anyone

This is an excellent urgent care. Staff is very professional, friendly, & knowledgeable. My wife & I have both gone here for several evening or weekend urgent care problems over the past years & have been extremely pleased. Most impressive is their thoroughness & comprehensiveness of developing & implementing a plan of care. They always do something to make us better –– this is not one of those lets wait & see walk-in clinics. We drive past several other urgent care clinics to get here, because this place is just soooo good! This is how an urgent care clinic should be operated!

I was vacationing from out of town and had a sick child and thought it was strep . I called a few places as it was 7pm when we arrived in the area so we were in total panic mode to find a place that would treat my daughter. Christina was so warm and friendly on the phone and was upfront with the costs, which I have to say are extremely reasonable! Christina greeted us when we arrived and made us feel very welcome. We saw Rebecca and Dr E. They are the best!! The whole staff was awesome and if I could give 10 stars I would !

Just left Absolute Quick Care @ 484. On chemo and having bloody urine, dizzy from low iron. No one was in the lobby and have insurance. E. Harris PA REFUSED to assist me because SHE doesnt want to get int middle of me and my oncologist.??? What fight I asked? I just need help.I will NEVER go to them or recommend them to anyone. Theyve gone downhill since Patti left!

We have had to use their services several times and have never been disappointed. The staff is friendly, listens to your problems and explains procedures. Our wait has never been long. I would recommend them to anyone needing immediate answers or help. I recently spent 11 hours sitting in a waiting room at the E.R. of a hospital with very little attention.

I was unable to get an appointment with my primary because she was booked solid. I then chose to go to thier quickcare facility. Once i got there i was greated with smiling faces and immediately was taken care of. Lisa G and LaBrittany were awesome. Super friendly. They made me feel comfortable and welcome. The entire staff there was awesome Very knowledgeable. I was in and out super quick.

This clinic is absolutely fantastic! I was very very sick and without insurance or a way during the day to see a doctor. My visit was only $89 and they were open until 9pm which was SO convenient. The receptionists were lovely, kind and got me in quickly. The doctor I saw was very kind also. Very professional and really listened to everything I had to say. My visit included a COVID test at no extra charge to which thankfully I tested negative. They spoke extensively over the phone with me about my results, how I was feeling and what I could do to further my recovery from such a nasty upper respiratory infection. Even when I finally aquire insurance I will definitely see them and recommend their services to others!

I had a very bad experience here. I had flu like symptoms and went to get tested. They never called me with results and I had to call them. I then asked if there was anything I could take to help with my illness and was never called back. It seems they’ve forgotten the whole care part of medical care.

I went today due to a sudden exacerbation of asthma symptoms. All of the staff were kind and helpful. I was seen by Lisa the ARNP who was incredibly calming and professional. I left there feeling better and much less anxious. I felt cared for. I noticed they also have reasonable self-pay rates if you are not insured. The office was also very clean and professional. Highly recommend.

After being bitten by a spider and my finger swelling up to twice it’s size,I figured I should get it checked out. I arrived at 2030 because both the website and the door said they closed at 2100. The door was locked and the woman at the desk made the throat cut sign that they wouldn’t see me.If your hours are from time A thru time B you can’t arbitrarily close or refuse to see people before that time comes. That’s bad business. It’s worse when you’re a medical service that’s supposed to prevent unnecessary trips to the ER for minor things like spider bites, but I guess I’m going to have to go take up the time and space of someone who really needs the ER to get this looked at.I will not ever go to this place again, or any other Absolute Quick Care around town.

5 hours to see a doctor. Redicules waste of time. Never again.

They were very efficient and thorough. There was basically no wait. I will definitely use their services again if needed in the future.

I went to Absolute on June 30th , driving from Ocala, after I got there was told they ran out of testing swabs even though I had appt. So they called me and I went in on July 1, was tested. I have called a total of 4 times now to try and get results... get put on hold, told they will call you back, etc... My brother n laws memorial service was July 11th, called that morning...was promised to get a call back by 11a.m. so I would know whether to attend or not...unfortunately 11a.m. has never came... I missed his memorial service. Today is July 22, 2020.... 22 days after testing.... I am guessing I am clear at this point to go out into public. I realize some testing are taking longer...but could have at least gotten a courtesy call. Would NEVER go back there again!!

Awful experience. My son went there and got the Covid-19 test waited for almost a month for results and today he called and they told him the test had been lost. He walked in to get tested again free of charge, waited for almost an hour, they forgot that he was waiting for the test and then when he stood up to leave the place, they did swan test at the door entrance. Where is the HIPAA law and the patient’s rights. These people are awful.

I always dread going to a walk-clinic or urgent care. This was by far my best experience. First before I went in I called ahead to inquire on prices and insurance questions. Tressa took my call and I didn’t have all my info so I said “I’m going to come in anyways so I’ll just find out when I’m there.” In less than five minutes after I hung up, Tressa called back with all the info I needed. I didn’t ask for a call nor did I expect it, it truly showed dedication and thoughtfulness on her part.Once I got there I was greeted by Brooke who took my new insurance information and had me fill out my symptoms, as soon as I was done she took me back to get my vitals. Zero wait time! Brooke has awesome customer service skills, she shows empathy with the patient and seems to have an outstanding work ethic.After vitals I was seen by Kellyann, she is extremely personable. This was this first time I met her but it felt like she had been my primary physician for years. She humorous, highly intelligent and has a wonderful bedside manner. She even game me advice on some day to day symptoms I have. All and all I left the office feeling much better with the comfort knowing I had everything I need to recover. Wonderful awesome, even better staff!

Took my daughter in to be seen quickly for something that could not wait for her pediatrician the next day. The nurse practitioner was amazing and was able to prescribe the exact medication needed. The office staff was very kind and everything was done very quickly. Spent less than 30 minutes total in the office. I would highly recommend them.

After I went to a different place in Ocala 30 minutes before closing and was told I would have to make an appointment for another day I sat in my car and googled urgent care centers. Absolute Quick Care came up. I called to be sure they would see my granddaughter so I wouldn’t make another 30 minute wasted trip. They assured me they would see her. Once there the same gal on the phone greeted us and was so kind and understanding. We saw the PA there. She was thorough , asked lots of questions and explained everything to us in layman’s terms. We live in the forest but I will no doubt travel to this facility again if I ever have a need for after hours care. I will recommended them to all my friends and family.

After catching my lower leg on something I should have moved long ago in the garage, I had the occasion to visit Absolute Quick Care the following day (Saturday). Not having ever had reason to go anywhere but the Emergency Room, I admit I was a little apprehensive. No more. The entire staff was friendly, courteous, competent and thorough. Because of my age and the condition of my skin, I was not a prime candidate for stitches, however PA Diana Christie Olsen eased my concerns about infection and prescribed antibiotics for me. Im well on the way to healing as the result of their instructions.

I’ve only been here once but my experience was quick and the staff was friendly.

This office was amazing. I took my 4 year old in who was screaming in pain from an ear infection. While I was filling out paperwork the staff offered my son crayons to color and a lollipop to help try to take his mind off the pain. They did a quick weigh in and check while they were calling in his prescription to the closest pharmacy that was closing. They were cheerful and respectful and a great help to a family that was traveling. Thank you so much for everything.

I went to this quick care for an x-ray of my terribly painful broken toe. The wait time was less than 5 minutes. The staff members were professional and caring. I have been to MANY walk in clinics and this was by far the best experience I have ever had. RaeAnne and Poala were extremely caring. The doctor I saw, Dr. Diane Olsen, was superior in taking time with me. She showed me my x-ray, explained why my break was not healing and buddy taped my toe. She also gave me great advice on what to do next and what I may expect. I will use this Quick Care clinic in the future.

I haven’t been to the doctors since I was a child. I’m 21 now and adulting isn’t as easy as it sounds but the ladies at this Urgent Care walked me through the process just like my mom would have. Excellent service I’ll be coming back here. Affordable pricing too.

This may change but we had to pay them upfront even though we had insurance they take. We paid $103. My insurance company paid the y insurance paid them $68 and told me they owe me the difference. Calls and LONG holds and then the person I needed to gtalk with was not in. The service was fine but the billing and service after is horrible. Its been 6 weeks

Amazing Facility and Staff.My wife had severe vertigo symptoms out of nowhere that lasted days and made her extremely nauseous so I called ahead to the Absolute Quick Care on 484. I spoke with Brooke on the phone and she assured me that they would be open and could see my wife right away (it was holiday season). That they did!First We came in as new patients and were paying cash. All of their prices are right up front on an easy to understand chart and, additionally, Brooke took the time to explain the processes clearly. I expected to pay for services in the first place. It was exactly what I expected and found during the whole visit they were trying to save us money even though I wasnt that concerned about it from their end.Brooke did the preliminary checkup and asked plenty of questions and LISTENED. We are not ignorant and we take our health seriously so it was refreshing that she and the other staff didnt act like that was the case. She was gentle and compassionate to my wifes conditions and respectful. The only thing she needs is a name tag....with some gold stars on it or something. Thanks Brooke.Second, was Kellyanne. We were seen right away, and she had obviously looked at the preliminary information and medical papers we filled out with Brooke. She asked questions, LISTENED, and explained what and why for everything she did. She eliminated serious causes right away and then narrowed in on the problem. She was informative, respectful, and also gave a few money saving options for treatment and meds and then left it to us to decide. Kelly is confident, experienced, and treats people like she cares because I believe she genuinely DOES care. We left with a solution, with understanding, and an open door. Ive paid much more for much less in the medical arena.The service there is superb. If someone is sick again this will be our go to place.

My experience here was fantastic I had a five year old with a UTI and the staff and provider were very welcoming and comfortable to speak with. I will definitely drive out of the way to come to this urgent care again. Thank you for being so awesome to my daughter, mother, and myself.

We were looking for a place for a last minute physical for my son and we found Absolute quick Care at Marion oaks. they were very friendly and courteous. I was very pleased and will certainly go back there if any need.

Beware! They will tell you the price for in office lab work. Then they will send it out to Quest without asking you. Imagine the surprise when you receive a bill for $$$ that you were never told about.

Such an amazing friendly staff! My 5 year old got strep throat and they got down on his level and talked to him and told him everything they were going to do. After, they even told him how proud of him they were. They are great with kids. I would recommend them to others.

Came here after waiting 2 hours at Quick Care Med in Inverness. Got back to triage at quick care and they said 5 people ahead of you. Its 645 and xray leaves at 7. Asked if they could take xray and then wait on provider? No. Walked into Absolute Quick Care and was greeted with a smile and they took my wife right back. Nurse practitioner is amazing and on her game. Very happy we came here. Feel like we are not just a number.

Slow as a snail. Waiting for almost 3 hours. I have never waited that long at any quick care before. They really need to change the name. They are not quick.

This place was great! I finally decided I should go to the doctor around 7:45pm. Surprisingly this place is open till 9! I showed up around 8:15 and they took me right back! Tressa and Kellyann Curnayn, ARNP were so extremely nice! They were both so easy to talk to and really seemed like they cared and I wasnt just another patient. Granted, I was the last one there, but they took their time with me and was very explanatory on everything. They both had wonderful personalities and I really enjoyed the visit.

I went yesterday to get my labs and while I was in the window doing my paperwork the doctor was sitting in the computer and when she saw me the first thing she said was I dont speak spanish I was like really?? Just because Im Hispanic you are assuming i dont speak English? Or worst u wont give me the service i need just because i dont speak English wish i do??? I found that very rude and not professional at all!!!!

I finally figured out how to write this review on line... Absolute Quick Care was ABSOLUTELY QUICK. My husband was having some issues and needed to be seen ASAP. We had been to the hospital days earlier and the wait was AWFUL. I called Absolute and Tressa answered the phone. She was very warm and gave me all of the information needed to bring my husband. When we walked the office it was like visiting a concerned family member. Raeanne the medical assistant was on her job. She was warm, friendly and concerned about us. Tressa even peeked in to check on us. When Nicole Flusk, ARNP came into the room a few moments later I knew we had found our new home. She packed us with printed information, ran the needed test and told us that they would forward the results to his doctor if we wanted. They are not out for your money, these ladies care about you as a person not a number. We were seen very quick, well treated, left with scripts and a few days off for him and all lab work done in less than an hour. We live far and I called a few places. But because sweet Tressa answered the phone we made the long trip... Because of Nicole, Tressa and Raeanne the are a part of our medical team. I ABSOLUTELY recommend giving them a shot, you wont be sorry.

Was seen here on 12/18 paid 115.00 for medication that didnt work called explaining meds are not working was told to come in and that I would have to pay another 115.00 before I could see the doctor again to prescribe new meds. Do yurself a fav and dont go here they dont care about their patients is a RIP off...

I spent almost $1000 for them to tell me that they have no idea what was wrong with me. After a 5 minute google search I found out I was having side effects from my meds, which they knew I was on, and the lab data even corresponded with those effects. They told me they searched and searched so they obviously lied to me. I am very unhappy with the service I received.
