I highly recommend Nick at Sentinal Strength & Conditioning. I went through a four-year stretch of debilitating injuries and was badly in need of building my core strength and balance .Nick is extremely knowledgeable about the mechanics of our human bodies and can assess his clients individually to provide the best programs to rebuild their strength, posture, and confidence.

I have trained with Nick off and on for the past 4 years and he is by far the best trainer I’ve worked with. His knowledge of mobility and ability to work with you to make you a better athlete, no matter what level you start from, is truly unique. Due to shelter-in-Place/COVID restrictions, I recently had a virtual session with Nick over Facetime and I am even more impressed with him than I was before. He was able to offer corrections and adjustments even though he wasnt anywhere near me! I was quite sore the next day despite doing only bodyweight exercises in my living room. He coached me through several exercises I could continue to work on on my own to help with achieving better posture while working at my desk all day and also making just about any basic exercise more challenging by engaging all parts of my body correctly i.e. plank, lunges, cat cow pose. Even if you cant get to the gym, Nick can offer a fantastic session online.
