The most egregious and woefully dangerous psychiatry practice I have come to know and thats after experience with many other facilities. I tried calling for 10 days leaving voicemails each time to get a refill on medications and once I finally reached someone I had run out, even when they said they sent the refill there was a technical difficulty on there end that prevented it from being filled for another 2 days. Thank goodness I didnt experience terribly severe effects from being without them but if you are a patient on a medication necessary to be taken regularly to maintain your mental wellness I highly recommend finding any other place. This is a malpractice suit waiting to happen. Disgustingly appalled and will be going elsewhere.**Update: They filled the prescription at a pharmacy 400 miles away, despite having given them the exact address, honestly its laughable at this point.

Yes, the reviews are correct, getting an appointment is hard. But all psychiatrists in the bay area are like that, so I dont hold it against them.I love my Dr, Dr. Wahidi, he talks to me in plain English, and is genuinely eager to help. Really enjoying my experience with care here so far. Havent actually tried TMS treatments, so I cant speak to that, but the quality of care is exceptional with Dr. Wahidi.

It was challenging to get an appointment during the pandemic with other doctors, but quite easy to get one with Dr. Dronamraju. I saw her after not having seen a therapist for quite some time and was excited to see a new doctor. Unfortunately, her manner was very cold and her tone was often incredibly judgmental. When going over my medication history over the past several years (medication for anxiety off and on), she made troubling comments about how I should not have been prescribed certain medications and criticized my former psychiatrist for his medication decisions. Overall, I left the appointment feeling worse. Quite unfortunate as I was really struggling at the time. Do not recommend this doctor unless you are looking to be condescended to.

Dangerously unprofessional. I read the bad reviews and thought this must not be true. And then I set up an appointment. First one was ok, though Dr. Wallaces camera didnt work. Second appointment for a followup they changed it to one day later, I found out on the day of the appointment without prior notice. Then, just before that new appointment, they changed it again to half an hour later, again no asking, just a message with the new appointment. Then, 8 minutes before the appointment they called and needed me to print out a document, sign it, scan it, and send it back. 5 minutes before the appointment?? They had weeks to have me do this. I did all the online paperwork that they asked for. This was a last minute request after having changed the appointment twice without asking me if I was even available. Utterly unprofessional. Never seen anything like that. This is a dangerous practice because people are taking critical medication that needs close and professional timely supervision. I had to cancel that appointment 5 minutes before because it was so aggravating. I asked them to get in touch with me when theyre available and have all the paperwork they need, That was 2 weeks ago. Not a single call or email back from them. Again, this is dangerous medical Mal-practice when medications are involved!

They will not answer the phone, my daughter is a patient having very bad side effects from the medication prescribed and has had to go to the hospital for it multiple times. we called and messaged TMS but have yet to hear back after 4 DAYS, Dr. Natasha Wallace is highly unprofessional and I DO NOT recommend this office especially for anyone who is struggling with their mental health. there is no way to even leave a message for the secretary. DO NOT GO HERE

TMS is highly unprofessional. The doctor (Dr Natasha Woods) was consistently late by 20 mins or did not even show for tele-psychiatry appointments. They charged my credit card without an invoice or explanation of the charges. They did not respond to multiple queries for information about the charges. Then they deleted patient information (e.g., prescription history and appointment history) on their patient portal and I think this may have been to cover their tracks.

The doctors working there were average but the office staff have consistently been horrid for years. Constantly dropping the ball on contacting me back, giving me wrong info and even trying to charge me over and over again for the same visit. DO NOT go here!

Very hard to get through to a person when you call their number. Their cancellation policy is incredibly sketchy—you have to put a credit card number down and cancel well I’m advance of your appointment or you’ll be charged $200 for missing it. Bonus: getting through to a person to actually cancel is not easy either.

Very nice office clean and organized. Dr. Natasha Wallace was wonderful, very welcoming, understanding. She never made me feel uncomfortable, looked at me during my appointment which is very important to me, to me that shows care and respect. Some doctors dont even take the time look at you once. Dr. Wallace did a complete assessment and adjusted my meds accordingly. I look forward to seeing her again. I would recommend TMS Health Solutions to others.

Its one of those reviews I would give zero stars if I could. I really wish I checked reviews here before I scheduled an appointment.1. They are totally non-responsive and inattentive. I especially dont recommend Dr. Natasha Wallace in Oakland branch. Not only she was not helpful a bit, but also she didnt pick up my calls just to send my patient files to another facility that she, herself wanted me to get tested.2. When you ask for information they are putting on hold and never get back. And I want to remind you that they are claiming to be specialists in mental health!3. Doctor Wallaces attitude towards me almost hostile. She was almost trying to prove me wrong about what I was trying to consult her with.4. Their record keeping is non-existent. Even though I filled out a disclosure form they sent me another one ‍5. There is no way of providing feedback except for writing a Yelp review.Your options are limited to leaving voicemails that no-one replies and waiting on hold.Dont waste your time and money on unprofessional people. I could see that the difference is like day and night when I finally gave up and switched to another provider. I would ask for my money back if I could.

Serious advice, save yourself some pain and stress and avoid TMS. Their front office doesnt answer calls, wont respond to emails or phone messages, and refuses to communicate with pharmacies. Time after time Id walk into my pharmacy expecting to pick up a prescription only to hear that TMS had made some mistake but no one could reach them to clear it up. Dr. Hessenthaler seems like he means well but came across as inexperienced and struggled to handle basic things like in-office communication.

Overall this office is unreliable, unaccountable, and unreachable. Me and my pharmacy have been unable to contact them for prescription refills on multiple occasions. Extremely unprofessional and most likely dangerous for at-risk patients.

I was surprised to read the negative reviews. I’m pretty critical of doctors’ offices (I am in healthcare). I thought the office was easy to find, incredibly professional and clean, and flexible with appointment times. They spelled out every cost, followed up with my insurance company, and when I made a special request with my payment schedule, they followed through. Dr. Hessenthaler is a kind and gentle spirit. He’s a great doctor; he always made me comfortable, answered my questions (and I ask a bunch), and great with keeping track of prescriptions. My TMS technician (Beatrice) was communicative, accommodating and very friendly. I could see why someone might say the front desk is rude, but I was always nice to them and they were nice back. If you’re financially able and thinking about it, just go for it. I used all my savings for it and it was the best investment in my health. TMS saved my life. I couldn’t recommend this place more.

TMS treatments helped me: No longer on any Rxs (its been over a year), Anxiety, panic attacks and depression are seriously at bay with follow ups and maintenance (it works if you work it)! Also helped with pain management (omg my back muscles spasms were out of control contributing to mental health). I wont go back to pain meds...safe and effective!Dr Kuluva was par excellence, extremely on board with a game plan for my treatments at every level and was as excited as I was with the results of both treatment types! Consulted with Dr Rossi (came on board later) but he was just as helpful in my treatments towards the end of my treatments in the Walnut Creek Office!OMG...I adore the staff at the front of the office (especially Afrika); theyre kind and helpful!Their Techs (Martin, Sierra & the others) are an amazing folks, great communication skills and supportive throughout the process!Last but not least is the amazing Brigid Garcia...shes intrigal part of the whole system: Works with the Drs, patients, staff and insurance entities! Im sure theres so much more to this complex structure but shes so on top of this organization! Shes so kind and caring!Brigid and Dr Kuluva are my favorite mental health professionals...I love them! Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart for helping me!
