I love the two doctors Ive had in this facility, they are the best ever!!! I have no concerns about them for almost 2 decades of being a customer at La Clinica and thats the reason why I will always give 5 stars to it.Sometimes when it comes to talk to nurses some of them are great and more than great, others are not. Like the one I talked today... I went to urgent care three days ago with terrible fever and coughing a lot, the family nurse practitioner who saw me was really good, she patiently helped me with all my concerns, but sadly the cough medicine she prescribed is not working and my cough got worst this morning, I started getting bloody phlegm which concerns me more and fever went up again to 100.3 so I decided to call La Clinica for help. This nurse called me back right away... (No the nurse who saw me three days ago, but another one) I explained her everything above... She didnt sound concerned instead she told me to rest, drink liquids and bye.... What??? Im having fever, bloody phlegm and thats something normal? I think patients health is first.Talking on the phone giving recommendations to a sick patient is not enough. You need to check this patient and see whats going on.

Not bike friendly, if you have a bike and thats your only way of commuting then look for another alternative because they do not allow bikes inside the building, they also dont have anywhere around the area to lock up your bike and I would not even recommend it since there are high reports of stealing in the area.

I will NEVER EVER go back to get their dental services EVER AGAIN! I had quite a few cavities (since I liked lots of candy growing up) and I was finally able to get Medi-cal that also covered dental services and this was the closest dental place that accepted it. This was about 4 years ago when I got all my fillings and most of them have FALLEN OUT!! Two of them fell out WHILE I WAS STILL GETTING THEM!! Two very big fillings have fallen out in the last year or so and both resulted in exposed nerves and emergency trips to the dentist.Bottom line:DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE IF YOU DONT WANT YOUR FILLINGS TO FALL OUT OVER THE NEXT FEW YEARS!!!

Grreat doctors & very nice nurses & staff & they all speak english & spanish which is A Bug Plus., nice & helpful., CLEAN I LOVE THAT. GARAGE PARKING, SECURITY ACCESSIBILITY., GRREAT 4 ELDERLY & YOUTH.

Took my son in to a regular prescription refill appt on the 31st was told his prescription would be sent right away. Then by the 2nd my pharmacy still didn’t have the script. I repeatedly called the doctors office and pharmacy to keep getting the loop. I flat out told the staff I couldn’t do their pharmacy because their pharmacist doesn’t fill controlled medicine it had to go to my other pharmacy to be told a doctor would send it and call me back. Never happened I waited an hour and called back again. To then again be told we sent it and never did. No one would listen to what was needed or why I was having an issue. My son is now out of his medicine cause he still didn’t have his script that I made sure he had an appt for before he ran out because the professionalism was highly lacking. So we went to his doctors to have to wait until he’s out anyway!!!!! Staff needs better training. If a parent calls and says my pharmacy hadn’t received a script and he’s basically out and had already seen a doctor. That your pharmacy doesn’t fill those meds please send it here. Why argue with them tell them it’ll be handled and someone will call you back and then never touch base again. I could see if it was cold medicine. But Adhd medicine or even any like it is no joke to be messing with.

I called to learn the steps to of how to become a new member and make an appointment. I was on the phone for 30mins. I was transferred 3x and on the 4th answer, the same receptionist hung up after hearing my voice and complaint. Im not even going to go to this clinic from this over the phone experience.

Waiting time even with appoiment is terrible ,but if you are late 5 minutes they wont see you ,good customer service ,happy healthier patients just by dealing with waiting and dealing my sugar and blood pressure goes high
