Terrific office. It is now 30 years of my using this office to make custom AFOs for me, of making leg braces. The orthotists continue to take the time to listen to my physical needs, make plaster casts of my lower legs then do as many return visits as are needed to make the product comfortable. These recent years they have needed zero to two follow-up visits to adjust them. When I got AFOs in the 1970s the person said, Only God made your legs perfectly comfortable.Adrian Ravitz on this visit is my orthotist. She is friendly, personable and knowledgeable. As I started this review I end with terrific.

I mean I don’t have much to say a place to provide good service and cares about their customers are very important for everybody else to know that I came in late multiple times where they didn’t even have to take me in but I have a problem with my knee and I am leaving the country next week I came in late today 45 minutes I walked in and the doctor have left but the receptionist her name is Amanda she told me that took my phone and told me that she will try to squeeze me in tomorrow but will give me a call today I didn’t think that they will and I thought that I wouldn’t be able to take my knee pad with me when I travel before the end of the day Amanda called me scheduled me for the next day and seems like I will be getting my knee braces and I just want to say that I am very thankful and I highly recommend this place if you have any problems or you need anything any type of braces come to hangers they are the best and they winMy service forever if I can give more stars I will 10 stars for you Amanda

I found the staff experienced, helpful and welcoming. Chris, who, measured, fitted and trained me how to use and care for my Ovation knee brace, was present and sensitive to my ability and needs.

The staff is very unprofessional. They have no clue what they are doing. We arrived at the appointment 10 mins early and the place was empty. 15 mins later 3 people arrived and they were called in before us while we waited 35 minutes. Once we were called in the ortho said sorry for the wait I didnt know you guys were here, I was in the back. Then she asked us why we were there. I said for a brace measurement. Do you have the xray and how many degrees is she she asked. Im surprised she cant pull up the info or have a secretary do it for her. My husband had to call the hospital to get the information and my husband gave her the phone and the nurse told her that they had sent all the info already to them prior to the appointment. I sat there surprised on how unprofessional they looked.

I was referred to this Clinic for a brace for my infant who has hip displasia and when I arrived the receptionist was unprofessional and rude a hispanic girl chewing gum and popping her lips. Her brace was ordered on October 2, 2015 and it was authorized by insurance to give her the brace on October 6, 2015. Today is October 13, 2015 and the Hangar clinic stated that they were awaiting authorization from her insurance. This place is very unprofessional and disrespectful with no concern for my childs well being. I recommed that NO ONE GOES THERE, THEY SUCK, VERY RUDE. wHEN i LOOKED ON THEIR PATIENT LIST THEY ONE HAD ONE PATIENT FOR THE WHOLE DAY WE GOT THERE AT 4PM.
