Seems like you just get luck of the draw. My 8am appointment for a blood draw and measurements was completed in 10 minutes. It would be nice to have a front desk or someone to answer peoples questions while they wait.

I don’t normally leave reviews, however my experience was so unprofessional and drastically different than my first appointment, that I had to warn others. My last appointment I had an informative, patient and communicative technician. This time around I was assisted by an older Filipina woman (her badge was obstructed from view, name ending in -ace, possibly Grace). She was uncommunicative, unprofessional and just plain rude. I would seriously advise a review of this technicians bedside manner.I left my blood draw with a loosely taped gauge pad to my arm, which would obviously then be ineffective. If you have the time, consider avoiding this technician and perhaps management will get the message and follow up with this review.

Some of the rudest, un-empathetic, worst people on the face of the earth. Go ANYWHERE but here to get what you need if you can. It blows my mind that they can treat people with such hostility in a clinical setting and get away with it.

I have a severe needlephobia and vasovagal response. They were courteous about letting my partner be with me during the draw and they were great about accommodating me so that I had a pleasant experience. Priyanka, thank you for a wonderful blood draw.

Waited more than an hour for walk-in blood test. At Kaiser it would take less than 10 minutes. Why is it taking so long?

Everyone was really nice but I had to wait over 40 mins to be seen after my designated appointment time (and I was early). I was fasting so it was rough to wait, otherwise everything went smoothly and easily

I was hesitant going here from the bad reviews. I was pleasantly surprised with a good experience. I booked an early morning appointment the night before. Arrived 15 minutes early. Was greeted with a welcome and checked in easily. My blood was skillfully taken with no discomfort. A definite thumbs up for me.

I am very disappointed with the website and phone access of this location. I made an appointment for a urine drug screen online by selecting that option for 830 am in the morning. When I called to confirm the appointment, there was no person available to talk with. I noted the automated message that the urine drug screens do not start until 10am, but I had already made an appointment online for 830am so decided to keep my appointment. At Quest, I was told I had to come back at 10am and that I had signed up for phlebotomy, suggesting it was my fault for this mix up, however, I specifically chose the urine drug screen option when I made the appointment. I will have to come back 1.5 hours later this morning to get the test because urine drug screens only allow you so much time to collect them. This is very inconvenient, and I am glad I have the flexibility to do this, but that is not always the case. I think it would be helpful to avoid this kind of error and inconvenience to correct your website so that patients cannot make appointments online before 10am for urine drug screens, and have someone available to answer phones.

Waited for hours. Tried making an appointment on the phone but that service wasnt an option. The staff seemed to ignore the people waiting in the waiting room. Just joking around with each other. Some reassurance about the long wait, or even acknowledging it would have been professional. I let my meter run out because I was worried Id lose my place in line. To Quest Diagnostics- GET ORGANIZED! Theres no reason for this kind of wait for this service. Totally ridiculous! The ONLY person who was helpful was the collector. I hope I never have to go to this place again! And Im so glad I didnt get a parking ticket!

Their system is often down and you have no way to verify this until you show up and after you wait for extended periods of time. They have no live operator that can answer a simple question that might save people half a day! Also I saw cockroaches in the waiting room.

Horrible service. Our appointment was at 6am and the doors were locked until 6:40am. I could see a staff member inside walking around on her cellphone yet my knocks on the door went ignored. When I finally got in the building and let the lab tech know she said it was not her responsibility to have the doors open.

3300 Webster Ste. 1110 Quest Diagnostics, Alex and Tina, employees, ROCK!! I had bad experiences at a competitor, but even with their computer down, I was able to get my doctor ordered blood draw in good time even while some of their workers were out on lunch!! The draw itself was, by Tina, extremely professional, quick, painless and even pleasant.

Staff are not kind! Even rude! You need to self check in on a tab at the front desk where no employee is there unless when someone comes out to call the next patient , but some old people have trouble with it. I helped an old lady in front of me. However, another old man seemed to be stuck there later, and he asked a nurse for help when she was passing by. Sadly, the nurse just told him to follow the instructions on the tab and left. Obviously, the old man got stuck there. So I helped him. When we were waiting for our turns, the instruction screen was almost frozen. It said I just needed to wait for three minutes, bu I waited for about fifteen minutes. Finally, it was my turn. When I confirmed with the nurse if it is in network of my insurance plan, she told me to ask my insurance company. But my insurance company requires me to confirm it with the providers, and all other providers will give me an answer instead of telling me to go back ask the insurance company. Insane!Remember, never expect they will give you a smile, even a fake professional smile. Their facial expressions when they talk to patients look like you owe them 100 bucks.I will never go there again!!!

Came for appointment - taken right away, then computer stopped working (they said it was the internet, but Lab Corp next door had internet service) and various solutions were floated. However, there was no real way to get the blood draw for tests ordered. My physician had sent the order directly to Quest. I did not have a paper copy. I left without having blood drawn (fasting at 8 am) and I will have to reschedule. I also will first check with my physician to see if she prefers Quest..... I heard this happens a lot.

Ive been coming to this lab for a number of years as I need regular thyroid blood tests. About 85% of the time, there is ONE lab technician for 15 to 20 people waiting. When I thought I made an appointment, I was told it didnt show up. PLEASE, PLEASE hire additional lab technicians!!!!! We all have a life!!!

Grace was welcoming and kind. It amazes me how she could stay cool, calm and collected when she is in the only staff person working each time I have visited the location. She checks people in, completes the data entry and is the person that draws my blood. While I was with her the other morning, you could hear the door dinging as people were piling up and she didnt let it phase her. I can only imagine the frustration and impatience she deals with on a daily basis. Quest desperately needs to hire someone else to handle the front desk and data entry...before Grace burns out and leaves.

Would’ve given zero if it’s an option. First this front desk girl Patricia sends me to the wrong place and blames it on me without apologizing (???). The hours are also vastly different across Google, it’s website, and on-site, so I showed up an hour before the employer drug screen service. So I waited. After an hour at 9:50am I went back to Patricia, who told me she’s obligated to take her lunch at 10 am in the morning and so she has to close for an hour. Disappointed and avoid this place at all cause if possible.

Building was mid-construction and difficult to navigate. Finally found the place and there was a single worker and a line 10 people long. Waited an hour, finally got called, and the phlebotomist was bad. Couldnt find my vein, asked where I usually got my blood drawn (inner elbow, the usual place), then proceeded to stab me in the outer arm. Got annoyed at me for bad flow, stabbed my hand, and then sent me off with a have a nice day.Buddy, I didnt get to eat until 3pm and then you stabbed me twice, took twice as many tubes as the test called for, and gave me painful bruises. It aint gonna be a nice day.
