There’s some good dentist assistants at Union Dental however there’s this one specific assistant that’s extremely rude. She always has an attitude when attending me and talks in a mean tone. The girls up at front are sometimes mean as well but for the most part they are nice when they want to. The only problem with Union Dental is that dentist assistant that always has an attitude.

The dentist is Asian. I am not 100% happy with his service, but for the money and distance I had no other choice. Office manager always mean, you can feel it in her voice. She enjoys to feel she has the last word. She couldnt handle my question about her bad way to treat people and threatened to call the police, which she did, after telling me to look for service in another place and leave the office. Her name I believe Cynthia or something like that. Hispanic woman probably born American. Maybe part owner because she did not care to loose not only one patient but more. Anyway, good luck if you still want to try.

Union Dental its a great place to do anything you need in your teeth. They have great customer service, they have a great doctors there, the workers at the front door are very nice!! The service its Great!!! I recomend UNION DENTAL!!!

Not a good dentist. Barely cleaned my teeth, then said I had 4 cavities in the most vague description without even testing the teeth, and I was out in 20 min. with another appointment for $400 to fix the so-called cavities. If you want to tell your mom you went to the dentist but dont care about your teeth, this is the place to go. But if you want your teeth taken care of, and arent interested in fixing teeth which are fine, then I would go somewhere else.

The staff is not very efficient. I called to make an appointment today and was told that I owe them money for not canceling my appointments. As I recall I left messages to cancel my appointments. If I supposedly missed my appointment in March how was I allowed to make another one in July that I supposedly did not cancel. Every time you ask to speak to the office manager they always tell you they are busy or not there. I asked to leave a message and was told she has other things to do and who knows when she will call me.

I have been a long time patient for over 10years, and they are the best.

First apt with my kids.. so far so good
