Worst experience ever. Every uniform. Please do not come here of you have another option. The Receptionist gave me False information and tried to play it off like she did not tell me.

I write this review with apologies to the staff who were always very good to me. It’s the dentists I am reviewing as they screwed up my fillings on 3 separate occasions.The first two times were by a younger dentist, I didnt get his name but I very clearly remember the first time he worked on me. He treated me like a number, never once even looking at me or acknowledging me in any way. Then he and the assistant proceeded to gossip about their weekends as if I wasnt there. The dentist used the curse word “bulls h*t” casually as he performed his work. It was disrespectful but I had just got on Medi-cal and so thought this would be as good as gets for “discount” dental work. The filling broke some months later so I returned and the same dentist “repaired” the filling. Months later that one also turned out to be faulty. I can only hope the office sees and reads this review and fires this dentist if he is still on staff. I believe the faulty work and the curse word to be equally unacceptable.The third filling they messed up was worked on by Dr. Partovi, one of the two senior dentists. It was to be a simple procedure but he struggled hugely taking double the normal amount of time and causing a lot of pain in my jaw. Before I left he said something to the effect of “If you have any of these (long list of problems) with this filling come back in right away.” It was clear that he felt he had blown the procedure and I remember leaving with my fingers crossed. Sure enough, the tooth became ultra-sensitive and my jaw was in very bad pain, I was genuinely concerned that he had done permanent or semi-permanent damage to my jaw (it eventually healed). It took 2 weeks to get another appointment to repair the work at which time I was examined by the other senior dentist. I told him “The original dentist, Dr. Partovi, who performed this work showed no confidence that the procedure went well” to which he replied “Really? He’s usually so arrogant.” He then told me the filling would have to be replaced and walked away leaving me stranded. The staff informed me I would have to come back in AGAIN, and have the work redone by Partovi, the same dentist who screwed up the filling, otherwise they wouldn’t get paid. They gave me no option but to make a new appointment to come back in and see the same inept dentist. Before leaving, a staff member said “You need to tell the doctor face to face”. In other words, they felt if a staff member talked to him he would ignore it. Anyway, I’m never going back so I don’t have that option.Medi-cal patients, you deserve better than these dentists. I suggest you do some Googling and pick a higher rated office.

Don’t get your crowns from there!!! I paid 2000$ for them to give me a root canal infection and a gab.. at the end they say its not their responsibility and don’t want to do anything with it... The Hispanic lady at the front office is really nice and deserves all respect but Im very disappointed with the owner and the doctor in the back! It’s clean that they have many clients and could care less about me being unhappy with their work! My new dentist explained to me exactly why the previous doctor’s work is the reason I have an infection and a gab that didn’t exist before. I truly wish I never went to them because now I have a much bigger problem then just a crown.

All other stuff are good except the dentist himself. He will not answer even a question, when I asked him a question about my teeth, he was like I am 30 years experienced I know what should I do.

A Cattle Doctor not Dentist😁😷😬🦷

This is the absolute worst experience I have ever had with a dentist. The staff was great but The actual dentist Yousef Khamsi was terrible. I was scheduled for a cleaning and when it was my turn to be seen he let me know that I would get another appointment for a cleaning. When Stressed that I needed to get the cleaning today his response was “you want a cleaning you’ll get a cleaning” and proceeded to handle my mouth roughly and allowing the water and fluid splash all over me and down my shirt without an assistant there. The assistant came over 2 minutes into my cleaning. I would never ever refer anyone this office to anyone and wish I could choose ZERO stars!!!

The doctor sees money in your teeth. He doesn’t care about your health. He tried to take out my good tooth without my consent. When I said what are you doing? He called the nurse to deal with my questions. He acted unprofessionally. I was left puzzled to never go back there.

I went there to get a filling, and half way into the operating when my tooth is already hallow they told me that it would be 900$ and that my insurance doesn’t cover it. When i told them that i wasn’t prepared to pay that much and that they should have told me from the beginning, the doctor literally stopped working on the tooth and just left it hallow because all they care about is getting their money!!

I have nothing but good things to say about the Dentist and the staff. Very sweet and personable. I always feel right at home in this office. The staff sincerely care and you can tell the DR takes pride in his work.

Ive been coming here for years and years and Ive been very happy with the overall experience, if something is not quite right I just tell them and they fix it.

Dr. Partovi showed up late for our appointment. I chipped my tooth and he was not conscious of how much pain I was in during the process. Then, he finished molding the filler, and it was almost twice as long as my other lateral incisor. When I asked him to fix it; he made it too short. His excuse was that it was early. His staff urged me to apologize because I was displeased with his work but honesty is the best policy so I stopped going there as a courtesy to myself. I do not recommend spending your money at this practice which doesn’t take their patients seriously.

I had an emergency with my old filling over the weekend not too long ago. I called in on a Monday and the staff was so accommodative to allow me to come in right away. Doctor Partovi is an experienced dentist who was able to save my tooth when there was not much left after the old filling fell apart.

I have been a patient along with my family and I am very pleased with Dr. Partovi and staff, I would recommend this office.

This office repeatedly cancels appointments. I have come in 2 times to find that the Doctor had not come in. Today I came in and was told my appointment was bumped because they could not reach me by phone to confirm. I confirmed when I scheduled my appointment. 3 attempts Im out! The office manager/ receptionist has a horrible attitude. These are some of the most unprofessional staff members.

Its was the worst experience with a dentist.The crown did fit,and I have to pay 1550 to replace it.The receptionist was very rude. PEOPLE DO NOT GO THERE LOOK FOR A GOOD DENTIST NOT THESE PEOPLE

The receptionist canceled my dentist appointments twice. She claimed that she canceled because I did not call back to confirm my appointment which beats the whole purpose of making an appointment.
