I made an appointment for 4:30 today. my friend and i were on time-technically early. we had to sit around until 5, and when we were finally taken, the man was rude. he was listening to our conversations and constantly telling us that he needed to leave. he was the only one giving my friend and i acrylic tips. we were there until 6:50. I had asked for half of a mickey head on my ring finger. the heads are wide, the ears are pointed and it is proportioned terribly. My friend got white nails, and they look yellow. there is also a hair stuck in her gel, were not really sure whose it is. I am thoroughly disappointed in the service and quality.
