Dr. Townsend really surprised me. I dont usually trust walk in clinics but I read his reviews and thought I would give it a shot because i was in unbearable pain. Also other chiropractors were charging upwards of $250 for the first visit and did not accept insurance. I had been suffering from severe back pain for a few days and was not able to stand or walk without assistance. After the first adjustment I was standing and walking with minimal pain just discomfort. The next morning I was able to get out of bed and stand straight. I went for my second adjustment today and I can walk with ease and little to no discomfort. Thank you Dr. Townsend for helping me!

Guys really great. I’ve been coming to him for many years. Super personable and friendly. Reece my my neck was really bothering me and I walked in without an appointment. I’m almost certain he was on his lunch break but took the time to help me. Can’t say enough good things about him and his business.

They just dont make them like this anymore. In short, Dr. Townsend is experienced, personable, and provided immediate pain relief at an affordable price. I have paid other very kind, but very incompetent Chiros in Alameda 3x as much as I paid Dr. Townsend and I wish I was lying. He was so good, I even asked him to charge me more and he wouldnt. What he did for my back was amazing and Im really happy I found him.Long story - I called Dr. Townsends office in a heap of lower back pain and was hoping to get adjusted that day which I knew was a tall order. He said he could see me two hours later at 6pm. I sensed that he would be ending his day by then, but I appreciated his willingness to see me. I showed up not knowing what to expect and there was one other patient there who he saw first because he called right ahead of me. That patient seemed like a walk-in/first-time patient as well and by the end of the session they were laughing and cracking jokes. Thats exactly what I experienced as well - pain relief and much-needed laughter. Dr. Townsend has been practicing for over 14 years and it shows. He knew exactly what I was suffering from and adjusted me quickly with confidence and strength. I felt such relief that I was LITERALLY CRYING TEARS OF JOY. I had been returning to my work out/strength training after gaining the COVID 19 and my lower back was just killing me to the point of not being able to climb stairs/a stairmaster without stinging pain. He should be charging so much more for his services. His office is quiet, clean, and easy to park in front. He really saved me tonight and I will be going back!

Dr. Rob helped me recover from a lot of pain from a car accident this past 3 months. He is a very good chiropractor that really knows his craft.The most convenient place to get adjusted because you can just walk-in. As a busy working mother, it is extremely hard to book appointments that work with my schedule And with Walk In Chiropractic I can do just that.I am extremely please with the customer service and treatment and I cant recommend his services enough.

I really like Dr Townsend and his office on Grand Ave. He is personable and friendly, as well as a very good Chiropractor. I especially love not having to make an appointment. I have never waited more than a few minutes to see him. His front desk person, Aspen, is also welcoming and lovely.

Dr.Townsend is amazing. I had been having lower back pain on and off for the last year. In addition to right shoulder pain. He was able to educate me on at home exercises and being aware of correcting my posture. I have my second appointment with him this month and I am excited to go back for more treatment. I went in with so much pain feeling miserable and left revitalized with a positive outlook I had not had in weeks. It was probably the easiest medical related appointment I have ever had. I called at 10:15 AM to schedule an appointment for as-soon-as-possible, by 10:45 AM I was in his office, by 11:15 AM I left his office feeling like a new man. Dr. Townsend (Bob) was kind, funny, attentive, knowledgable and a total professional - the qualities you look for in any doctor. If you need a chiropractor go to him now!

Dr. Townsend knows what he is doing! He is the only one who helped me manage the pain from a herniated disc. I received better results and tips from him than the physical therapist.

When we are done at work and need to be fixed up this is where our instructors go, to get fixed up and back on the mat.
