I was shopping today in the Novi location and was helped by Margaret and I have to say she was fantastic, she went above and beyond to help me… I really appreciate it! From now on this location will be my go to store and I will refer all my friends/coworkers to this location. Again Thank you Margaret!

Margaret is the ultimate professional! She was the only sales associate in the store and there were at least 15 paying customers. She moved effortlessly assisting, answering questions for students and informing/assisting a parent like myself who knew nothing.It was a pleasing experience and I will definitely be back. SCRUBS & beyond will be the only store I shop for my daughter at. Love the Novi store. Thank you Margaret!

Great store! It has a large selection of scrubs in various sizes as well as lab coats and even compression socks. The fitting rooms are open, so you can try on anything you want. The woman who helped me was very friendly and helpful. The prices are a little high, but I think its worth the trip.

My first visit to the store was great but every other time was horrible. I would just recommend going to a different location or ordering online.

Was looking for soft/comfy scrubs for a new job, the gal working didnt get her name, but she was a great help!!!

Went to the store spent 20.min to try on lab coat. Asked them if they can engrave my name on lab coat and the cashier said yes, then when I purchased the item another staff worker said I cannot take the lab coat home or wash it to engraving. I need a.lab coat on Monday for work and she she said if I take it outta of the store I cannot get it engraved cause the engraving will be difficult to do on the material of the lab coat. What kind of garbage sense that make. Total nonense.The staffs is not on the same page at all telling two different thing things the customer. Called customer service they said sorry we cannot do anything either each store has its own policy...diseaster.

I must say!! that while shopping in this store at first i was worried because i had not bought scrubs in so long and i didnt know what i was looking for until a very nice and well mannered young man named frankie helped me he explained how some of the scrubs fit and why he likes a certain pair that i ended up buying! the whole time he was very helpful in picking out styles he was just amazing 10 out of 10 ill be back too shop at this location !!

I had an unbelievably pleasant experience today at this location!! I came in with several returns, frustrated that they were across a bunch of different order #s and among them was one missing receipt. I had taken my very first order to the Westland location to return some things and the associate was extremely unpleasant and kept my receipt. I thought I was going to be unable to return other items from that order because I no longer had proof of purchase but I was wrong! I was greeted by Margaret at the Novi location when I walked in this afternoon. I warned her ahead of time that my situation might be a hassle, but she assured me over and over again that there was no problem she couldn’t fix! After weeding through my multiple order numbers to match the products to the receipts, we got to the few items I had left that I no longer had a receipt for. Margaret, again, assured me that if there was a will, there was a way! She took the time to call customer service and give them my information so they could find my order in the system and help her process the return. I was so sure that this was going to be a much bigger issue than it was but Margaret was SO helpful and patient! She is definitely an asset to your brand! Before I headed out, she mentioned that I am eligible for a 10% discount because of my employer. The Westland store never mentioned such a thing. I will do all my business with the Novi location going forward! Thanks, Scrubs & Beyond!

In the beginning I thought it might be a nice store with uniform, but how wrong I was. Yesterday I tried to make a return of an online order, I was provided everything for this: items for return, the card with which I paid and the receipt. Yet, the employee refused me. For some reason the order number and my card was not enough for return transaction. He said I will need to come back tomorrow. And I had to go back to this store today. Today I had negative pleasure of communication with manager of the store I believe. All her behavior was unprofessional and even rude. Looks like she was doing a huge favor by accepting this return. When I tried to talk with her , she literally didnt gave me the words to say . As a result, I will not visit this location and will not recommended it to anyone. Try Westland location, their staff do the job quickly and professional.

Get to the store Im there like 45 minutes in the store shopping go up to counter to pay the cashier say oh were not accepting cash like you all watched me shop this long you ought to let customers know immediately when they walk through the doors I understand their trying to be cautious but everyone dont use cards how about wearing gloves when handling money if their trying to not touch the cash they disgusted me just by their actions

Best uniform place in town. Sometimes their stock is low in larger sizes. They do ship to store for free if you pay first.

Great customer service, cashier was very quiet and I expected to be greeted when entering but she didnt mean any harm.. She was still very nice and they had so many selections and they were well stocked

Not friendly staff, try Westland location

The staff was horrible, I tried to buy over $250 in scrubs for this morning, I have purchased scrubs from this store for years. When I went to the checkout line, They refused to give me the employee discount for the hospital that I work in. They told me that I need to go home and get my badge and come back. Let’s put it this way, I will never be back. Management needs to do something with that store
