John Stukel is who I take my daughter to go see for her braces. John does an excellent job each time we see him. He listens to my concerns. We have never had any problem with him. I would recommend him to everyone!

We’ve been coming here for years, George Siroonian provides excellent service! He is very knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile to provide a great fit! We never have had to wait longer than a couple of minutes to see him, (bonus)! All in all, we are very happy coming here!

Dave was very helpful and friendly. The new device he used to measure my foot for the orthotic was awesome.

Absolutely don’t go here for compression stockings. They go through the motions to “fit” by appointment as if there aren’t just four sizes, they are three times the cost of Amazon for the exact same product, they don’t call to let you know when out of stock items come in, I was assured I wouldn’t need the belt (prescribed by my doctor) to keep the sock from falling but it slides to my knee every 15 minutes, when I then ask for the belt I’m told they don’t carry that item. Friendly staff doesn’t make up for overpriced products and poor service.

Rude and terrible at their job. Over priced. Hey, Wright and Phillips, turns out we are the customers. You need our business more than we need your poor customer service. I’d rather let my bones set wrong than give you another dollar of my money. Good thing they made me wait 2 hours to get anything done that way I had a great deal of time to ponder how awful this company performs. Two words ; disinfectant cleaner. I’d hate for the employees to read this because they might be mean to me when I come back. Oh, wait, I’ll nver come back here again. Sorry not sorry.

Alicia, Amy and the other lady at the counter are horrid, incompetent, uneducated women with terrible customer service and lack respect for everyone. My child needed a specialized orthopedic for their shoe but no one told us the cost (insurance did not cover it), that it would take 3 weeks to order or that our appointment would not be honored! We waited for over an hour and a half (1.5 hours!) to be seen. They acted like it was our fault and that we shouldve known that they would be busy but we had scheduled the appointment to be fitted - we were not a walk in!! I almost lost my temper because of their flippant, rude attitudes and approach to our questions. At some point they need to realize that their patients do not know all the questions to ask and that when we do ask a question, we deserve an educated answer! Not I dont know - well how about looking that up?? I am researching other orthopedic medical supply companies because we will never go here again. Terrible. Terrible. Terrible.

John was very nice and helpful in fitting my daughter for an ankle brace. We had an appointment and they were very efficient and timely. I recommend them highly.

Had a fitting scheduled today for compression knee highs, I have been wearing the same brand and size for years but was told by the staff it was policy to have an annual fitting. Had my fitting today which consisted of the employee taking one of the two new knee highs out of the box that already had my name on it , put it on my leg and told me it fit ok, that was it. I am wondering at what rate this fitting will be billed to my insurance???The staff could improve their customer service, maybe Binsons will give me a better experience. I have been to the Novi store many times and should know better by now.

This place is horrible! The ladies that work in the front are always unprofessional, unorganized, rude, just flat out horrible customer service.They clearly dont value their jobs or the customer anyway just leave! Horrible attitudes, smart mouths i will never go back there just based on them alone. Ive had three braces made here two Afos and a KAFO. I was having my second AFO brace made there they took almost 8 months to get one made then when it came it was not the right fit at all nowhere near close. So they said ok we have to start all over and make a new. Seriously!? So i have to wait another 8 months? Then come to find out the guy who made my brace was no longer working there anymore..really! They obviously dont know what theyre doing over there.

I should have believed others when they said how unprofessional and a time waste this company was. I am irate over the experience I have had to try and get orthotics. The way they do paperwork and process stuff for customers is just a joke. Likely I will be searching for another provider as I just cannot accept their business practices. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!

Rude, and unhappy people work here. Despite our doctor being in the building we will spend our money at another company. Perhaps some customer service training for the front office staff?

The staff is slow, especially mouth, sassy Tia. Theyll try to get you to pay out of pocket instead of billing your insurance so they get more money and do less work.
