I loved Dr. Nicoloff, he was the best primary doctor I have ever had. I recommended him to some of my friends and they are patients there. However, recently I got discharged from his office for not paying a bill on time that was about $114. Once I saw the bill and discharge paper, I called the office and explained to them that I no longer live with my parents and I stopped visiting them because of COVID-19. They gave me a phone number to call and I paid the bill.The lady told me she will let Dr. Nicoloff know about the situation. Then for the next month, I kept calling one or twice a week to check the status. One time she told me Dr. Nicoloff said he will think about it. The other time, Its really up to Dr. Nicoloff to decide whether to keep me as a patient or not. Also, many times she told me that they are still waiting for Dr. Nicoloff to make up his mind. Then today, she called me and left a voice message saying that Dr. Nicoloff told her that once a patient goes into collection we cant have them back.So why lie to me and say that its really up to Dr. Nicoloff to decide? Why give me false hope for an entire month? Why not just tell me straight up the first time I called? I could have found another doctor by now.Also, I dont understand why they didnt call me to let me know about the balance? OR at least wait until I go to their office and I would have paid it like I usually do. And for god sake, its not thousands of dollars.There has to be something else besides money. No way Dr. Nicoloff is that greedy. If money is everything that drives him then I am glad Im not his patient anymore.If anyone else has experienced something similar, please let us know. Something is just not right about this practice.

I called for information to make an appointment and very rude staff. I wouldnt be able to be patient with people like this. Especially paying out of pocket to see the Doctor and having to deal with the front desk.

I am relatively new to the office. I have been searching for someone to help with my stomach issues. Dr. Nicoloff has me helped tremendously and seems to have the answers I was looking for.I feel very fortunate to have found Dr. Nicoloff and his office staff has been very welcoming.

Dr. Nicoloff is amazing! Im so blessed that i found him for my daughter. Office is nice, staff is nice and you dont wait forever past your appointment time
