Office staff is extremely rude and inflexible. I was hung up on multiple times during my last interaction with this office. Then, they just refused to answer when I called back. I would not recommend this practice to anyone who wants to be treated with respect.

Started off as an overall good experience. I saw the doctor for seven months. I spent plenty of time in and out of the office and money on recommended supplements.I have seen little results.Unfortunately the lady at the front desk is less than pleasant. She carries the most stagnant energy that brings the entire establishment down. She actually had the nerve to hang up on me during the middle of a phone call. I don’t feel like I have gotten out what I have put in. I don’t feel respected or treated with the kindness that anyone deserves on any given day.On top of this, they are hardly open and in office. Their hours are completely wonky.They have a million and ten hidden costly fee that are $$$ and just plain absurd. Looking into new options and happy about it!

In my opinion this guy is the biggest rip off since the pet rock !Go to his web site and click the services tab. Then look around the site and see what he does and does not do.Best of luck if you see this guy...

I just had my first appointment with Dr. Nicoloff. I was amazed at the level of detail and impressive standard of care that I received from him and his incredible staff. He is the most cerebral doctor that i have met, who wishes to understand the ENTIRETY of your being rather than just a typical doctors running down a checklist of symptoms and potential diagnoses. I am very humbled by his diligence to his patients and the community. I would recommend him to anyone seeking optimal care.

Great family doctor who is knowledgeable and kind. Yes their no-show policy is strict but theres a reason for that. I have had nothing but a positive experience here. In my opinion, this doctor is one in a million.

Im quite taken aback by the less than complimentary content of some of the reviews. My experiences has be just the opposite. The staff has been professional and cordial and Dr Nicoloff proficient in caring for my well being.Before visiting visiting Dr Nicoloff, I sought treatment for hives with an allergist whose sole method of treatment was increasing drug dosages as my body developed resistance to the medicines she prescribed.Dr Nicoloff found the source of the reaction I experienced and for this, I am truly grateful and commend him for his expertise.

Ive been a patient of Dr. Georges for 15+ years.Hes a true gentleman ... uncondescending and attentive.His bedside manner is outstanding. He recommends trying holistic measures before going to pharma measures, but explains all options so the patient to decide which route to take. As long as Im in the area hell be my PCP.

Rude office staff.

Too much turnover lately in office and nursing staff. by looks of other reviews similar experiences. The Left hand doesnt know what right hand does. Curious as to whether supplement business is more profitable than actual medical field. Unsettling some of the recommendations recently to me and family members. Might be time for this long time patient to move on.

Jill is an absolute disgrace to this establishment. She falsifies receipts and bills, overcharges, and then lies when she’s confronted regarding it. I got a “no-show” charge for an appointment that was never made by me. She said I received a reminder call for the appointment and I told her I did not. She asked me to bring in proof that I received no reminder call, which I did. She then proceeded to state to the billing department that my phone records were falsified and the charge stays. WHAT! I ask her about this statement made and she conveniently has no recollection of saying it. She “discharged” me as a patient after I accused her of lying. When trying to figure out this dispute over the phone she hung up on me, TWICE! After that, my mother and I went into the office to discuss the matter and she threatened to call the police! Are you kidding me?!I will be taking them to civil court over this. I don’t care that my bill is $60, it’s worth it to see this horrendous woman deal with the emotional whirlwind she’s caused my family. She charged my brother $200 for his “no-show.” She discharged my entire family from the practice after being called out and my mother has been seeing nicoloff for over 7 years.Be careful and avoid this office at all costs!!!! Jill, if you’re reading this, just know you’re the most unprofessional, disgusting woman I’ve ever come across.

Dr. Nicoloff just lost another patient due to the rude unhelpful lady at the front desk... been going to him for over 10 years he is great but it’s not worth dealing with the staff that currently work there.

Doctor is ok, conducts unnecessary tests and tries to sell supplements. Did not see an improvement in my health. The reception lady is a liar, rude and obnoxious. often they make mistake in getting the right lab work done. I have not seen a nurse who sticks around for long.

Wonderful care. Doctor Nicoloff has expertise beyond other doctors we have ever consulted. The last 5 years have been wonderful.

Jill is very ruderhe front desk staff is not friendly at all. I will not go back to see the doctor just because of how rude Jill was. I called because they had an issue updating my account w payment and she said to contact the billing company and I told her that I have but there is no response and she said there is nothing she can do to help and HUNG up the phone on me. Very unprofessional

Dr. Nicoloff is amazing! He is concerned, knowledgeable, and has a caring disposition. As a wholistic practitioner, he explores and recommends non pharmaceutical treatments, first. After six years as a patient Im still happy he is my doctor and thankful to the owner of Vivo! who referred me to him.
