If I could give Dr. Lincoln and his nurse Stephanie 10 stars I would. I have had a great deal of dental work for many years and today I had 5 teeth extracted with novacaine. Dr. Lincoln is the best oral surgeon I have ever had and Stephanie made me feel relaxed. They care about their patients and it really shows. He did a wonderful job and I would absolutely hands down recommend him!!! If you are lucky enough to have Stephanie that is a huge plus!😊 Thank You

Visited Norwell office and had a good experience. Office was clean; all staff were attentive, professional, and courteous; plenty of reasonable health & safety measures in place for COVID-19. Dr. Lincoln was quite informative and very easy to talk to, explaining what he saw on the x-rays, what my options were, giving his opinions to consider without being pushy, and treating his staff with respect. It was also clear that he had experience working with my dentist and had mutual respect for him, which made me comfortable that the oral surgery process would be handled well.

This was my first visit to this group & also to this particular office in Norwell. The staff was welcoming, efficient & have thorough Covid protocols place, including separate entrance & exit doors. Prior to my appointment they sent me a pre-registration form via email which I completed a few days before I arrived. They had all my info in place, so check- in was quick, requiring only my signature on a Covid information form, a temperature scan & my insurance card so they could make copies. The waiting area is quite large allowing plenty of distance between patients, though at my appointment, I was the only one in the entire waiting room space. The office & restroom area looked & felt clean and there is plenty of parking immediately outside their doors. They are located in a huge complex with multiple buildings which are well marked with signs guiding you to the individually numbered buildings. They are in building N51 and their outside wall was clearly marked with large lettering reading “Oral Surgery” so it’s easy to find among all the other similar styled & identically painted buildings. I saw Dr. Cottrell, he explained my upcoming dental implant procedure. He was thorough, took his time & was easy to understand, never making me feel rushed. They did require payment when I checked out, promising a refund if my insurance covers the visit. They will send me the insurance estimate when they receive it from my insurance company for the upcoming implants via email. They’re really great with all the clear communications via email, text and/or phone.

I cant say enough good things about Dr. Lincoln at Oral Surgery South. His caring personality puts me at ease during consultations and I feel 100% confident in his recommendations and procedures. Not only have I entrusted my 3 children to his care for extractions, but my elderly mother has also been referred to him and she highly trusts and recommends him. The administrative staff is helpful and very professional. During my recent visit, I was very pleased as well with the attention to detail the office placed on covid-19 safety precautions.

I wish I could award Oral Surgery South more than five stars. I have been going to them for years and have been seeing Doctor Lincoln here more recently. First, he removed what was left of a very broken tooth. Then he has been putting in an implant for what will eventually be a fake tooth, so I can finally chew on the left side of my mouth again. Doctor Lincoln has such a wonderful demeanor. He is kind, patient, personable, informative, skilled and efficient. He gently explains everything, every step of the way and checks in to see how you are doing every few minutes. He is encouraging and positive. I wish all doctors could have the same level of ability as he does and still be able to joke and talk with patients like he does. You feel welcome and cared for by the entire staff here and I am so grateful for how much genuine concern and comfort they have provided to me during what could have been a scary or painful procedure otherwise. I know that I am in good hands here and I would highly recommend them to anyone and everyone.

A very difficult extraction of an infected wisdom tooth. Follow up care was excellent, the staff is terrific. But thank god All of my wisdom teeth are gone!

So, I need to share my recent experience with Dr. Leibovici, because our experience was above and beyond amazing. My son was told last year that he needed to think about getting his wisdom teeth out...well, for him, being a teenager and not having any pain...the year went by, fast fwd to two weeks ago, the pain came, and it was not fun! The oral surgeon we were referred to was booking out until mid Jan/Feb & they werent very nice or empathetic to my situation. I cant let my kid stay in pain so I start looking at reviews, came to Oral Surgery South/Norwell and the reviews were wonderful...but, thought... no way they would help me, boy was I wrong! They made an ER appt for us & then amongst a perfectly Choreographed, busy, busy covid controlled environment, we were treated as if wed been long time clients!! Everyone from the lovely lady at the front desk, to every assistant we came across, right to Dr. Joe, were happy, fun, professional, organized, systematic & incredibly kind to our immediate situation. I was expecting to feel as an inconvenience but we were treated like the complete opposite, this was all that I wanted for my son. He hates dental anything but Dr. Joe and his awesome staff had him laughing and feeling at ease instantly!! Dr. Joe even took the time to look for an appt for us to have the wisdom teeth extracted!! Talk about customer service!! Within 20 mins we were on our way with a relief prescription in hand & a swollen smile on my boys face!! Sometimes the universe lines up just right..this was it for us!! At the end, we were introduced to another set of awesome ladies who went over the appt details with us and what to expect & plan for...even the pens were one time-use & traffic exits out opposite door than entrance...every last detail was perfected. Never been there before...got referred there today to pull a bad tooth with a twisted nerve(sore)...they took me right in this afternoon and everyone was great...I was out in an hour-got X-rayed, Novocained, and pulled ...great job on it... stopped bleeding before I got home,and amazingly, my gum is already pretty well sealed over ...no pain here now ...thanks for that 👍🦷👊

I recently visited Oral Surgery South in Norwell to have a tooth extracted at the advise of my family dentist. OSC was easy to find with plenty of parking which was important for me because the last thing I needed to do was to get lost and have difficulty finding a parking space.When I entered the building I was greeted by a receptionist (safely behind a plexiglass shield) who was very pleasant and made it very easy for me to navigate through the check in paper work. The waiting area was impressively clean with social distancing protocol in place.A short time later my name was called by a surgical assistant and she walked me into the surgical area. The assistant was calming and professional. She performed a few test, prepared me for the extraction and told me the Doctor would be in shortly.After just a few minutes Dr Tony Rubeiz entered the room. He was pleasant, calming, and at the same time I felt he was confident in his own professionalism. I knew then I was in the right place with the right Doctor.The procedure to just a few minutes with no pain at all.The surgical assistant made sure I understood my post operative instructions and escorted me out of the surgical unit.Ok, no one wants to have a tooth extracted. But if you do have to go to and oral surgeon I highly recommend Oral Surgery South in Norwell.

Oral Surgery South performed a tooth extraction for me on very short notice, and were very thorough and understanding.

I had been suffering with a chronic tooth ache the whole month on March and part of April due to the Cov-19 outbreak, my dentist was closed but refereed me to OSS for emergency surgery.They schedule me for the next day and removed the tooth without incident, they were extremely cautious with temperature checks plus several questions checks and of course protective gears.They were friendly and respectful with the process and above all had a clear procedure for both clients and personnel for the safety and well being of all. Thank You.

Overall experience fine explanation before,during,and after extractions was very complete. certainly no preparation for novocaine. post procedure instructions lengthy but necessary. Dr. Lee and nurse were highly courteous and professional. not sure when, but Ill be back. thanks to all.

I needed one tooth pulled. Which made me very nervous. They told me what they were going to do. And after getting a few shorts, he came back in and with no pain my tooth was pulled out. Very easy, not sure why I worked my self up so much.

Really efficient and helpful from the first phone call through the check out process. The nurses and staff were very focused on what they were doing and were very good at their jobs. The doctor took the time to review the details of my case before completing the work. The folks at Oral Surgery made a “bad” event go as well as possible and you know it got done right.

Dr Lincoln and staff made my 7 year olds visit a breeze. They took their time to make him feel as comfortable as possible and made sure he felt ready and understood the process. He had 3 teeth extracted. One being an extra tooth above his baby.
