I’m very upset with the nurse practitioner and the front end desk they keep giving me appointments for the nurse practitioner but no one is putting my appointment into the computer system..,, this has been going on since January it’s been 4 months since I talked to a nurse practitioner.,,, my last nurse practitioner was great called me every month… the counselor I have is excellent she calls me every week…. If your looking for your medication from a nurse practitioner don’t go to this place you might not get your meds refill in time….,

The staff is unprofessional and uneducated - I would not recommending sending anyone I care about to receive help here. I would not be surprised if they closed down soon. Nightmare of an establishment.

They arent reliable for medication/prescriptions at this point. Incredibly stressful dealing with. Some really need to work on professionalism. Therapy side of it is great so far, all the counselors Ive spoken with are very friendly. The office is also pretty clean usually, bathrooms as well, and there is a little spot for kids to entertain themselves.

Great place; very nice /knowledgeable staff and lots of quality treatment options.

I loved the program. Kathy and Jim were excellent! I would recommend it to anyone I know. I didnt even want to leave I am going to miss them !! :) they gave me excellent coping skills and techniques that really help you to reframe your way of thinking.

Every person i know here has had a bad experience. i NEVER leave reviews on places, good or bad. My aunt has been cancelled on by her counselor 3 times in the past month, one being a no show by her counselor after waiting there for two hours. They cancel appointments or don’t show up. There is not enough prescriber support, and inconsistent quality of care. groups and the PHP are good, and there’s nothing bad i can say about that.

Saved my life. All the staff and doctors are so caring. Not sure i would be breathing had i not found this place. So many groups and programs for so many issues. Been going two years and definately dont plan on leaving.

I am forever Greatful to to the staff, at Arbour Counseling Center in Norwell MA. I learned tools that are implemented in my daily life. Everything I need to live a successful, joyful and addiction free life has been provided. The work is my part. Councillors are liers and very unprofessional. That was my experience there.
