Outstanding nurses and doctors and pretty much all the staff these folk need accolades I learned first hand having a child with mental health issue that these workers are just as essential as doctors and nurses in the medical field Im praying that others will recognize how important mental health workers are in this day and age

I have been going here off and on for 10+ years and have only great things to say. I travel an hour now that I live further away because the places I have attempted to go to locally do not compare. They are top notch in care and professionalism and truly dedicated to helping their patients.

Julie the director is an absolute heartless soul. Even though my sessions were paid for I was told that if a credit card was not kept on file I could nolonger see my therapist. Go elsewhere for the help you need. Dealing with PTSD is hard enough let alone dealing with a thing like Julie

Same as other person has noted. They are incredibly difficult to work with. They only communicate through nearly unreadable text messages. They are just plain being difficult in giving me my medical records. They will only work in the slowest antiquated ways. They want to mail everything, when there is no reason that email wouldnt work. Sending a blank form that is readily available online does not need to be mailed.

This is the most unprofessional mental health practice I have ever witnessed. As a social worker myself, I am familiar with Massachusetts state laws, and their Norwell office is conducting ILLEGAL business. They refuse to speak on the phone (only text), refuse to release records to their patients, and will not let you through to their manager/owner. HORRIBLE.

Awful. Never go here.
