Bella Health is a phenomenal business. I have been going there for over 5 years. It has many excellent services: Massages with Kelly are fantastic. She always has different techniques for different problems ( stress, tired, renewed, etc). She solved my sciatica problems. I havent had any problems for the last 4 years.

Dr. Nelson was very thorough, considerate and personable. I felt she really cared about getting to the root cause of my issue, instead of merely treating symptoms.

Unfortunately the office staff here is not able to appropriately call patients back or even be there to answer the phone when the office is open. Ive had the hardest time trying to get a hold of anyone in the office during an urgent matter. Very poor patient care.

They advertise they do Bioidentical hormones. I was looking for a practitioner to monitor my estradiol, estrone and progesterone as well as testosterone to help with hot flashes and total loss of libido. My first visit labs were ordered and much to my surprise, no estrogen or progesterone levels were checked. I believe they prescribe generic otc creams which I could have done myself! I wanted a specific compound for my personal lab results and a pellet prescribed to give me the optimal hormone balance I am looking for. They falsely advertise bioidentical hormone therapy.

Ive seen Dr. Jones for years; she is incredibly knowledgable not only about gynecology but general health topics as well. She thinks outside the box and utilizes both traditional and more holistic treatments, like herbs, so she is a great resource for patients looking for more natural approaches to medicine. The only downside is that she is so booked up and it can take awhile to get an appointment! Highly recommended!

Dr. Jones has been my healthcare provider for 20+ years. With her, you get the benefit of both traditional medicine practices as well as homeopathic practices, as she also a certified homeopath. She always listens carefully, provides several recommendations, and is truly patient-focused as is her entire practice. Everyone in her practice is always helpful, kind, patient, and professional.

Great practice dr. Jones is great naturopath really knows her stuff! Handwriting hard to read and tough to remember everything she tells you .It would be great if everything could be printed out!
