Theyre always busy but theyre really nice and they try their best. Love the Russian women not sure of her name. We were at the drive thru and we were in a rush and they still were able to accommodate us.

Steer clear of this pharmacy if you care for your health. Staff is disrespectful and seem irritated by simple customer interaction. They seem to get-off on denying you prescriptions, delaying fill dates and telling you that your insurance is bad...when in actuality, they messed up on their end.Take your prescriptions to ANY other pharmacy. We recommend driving just a town over to Rockland CVS.

Like most more modern CVS stores its well laid out with wide aisles and very good signage so you can quickly find what you are looking for. Of course the pharmacy is in the far back, so they make you walk and hopefully (for CVS) pick up some items to buy on the walk in and out.

Rude staff in the pharmacy and my prescriptions take forever to fill even though I’m always receiving texts asking to refill them. Overall bad experience I’ve had here.

I wanted to quickly pick up a few things after work, got there at 9:47pm and the doors were already locked, with the lights on and the staff inside. I work retail, so I know that its tempting to close up early, but if there had been a real medical emergency, I still would have been as I was, arriving within the allotted time frame, knocking on the door and trying to attract attention with the staff inside ignoring me. If your sign says you close at 10, you should close at 10. It sucks but thats how the system works. This CVS is a well-kept and tidy location, Im just disappointed that the hours listed werent followed tonight.

Hello?? Does anyone work at the pharmacy?I would give zero stars if I could. This pharmacy stopped answering their phone and I have been waiting for a weekly prescription I dropped off to be filled for 5 days now. I called everyday since I dropped off the prescription and stayed on hold for 20 minutes at least once to see if anyone would possibly pickup the phone.

Horrible experience . .. pharmacist gave me the most difficult time ever. I fill same script every month. She decided she did not like me even though I dont know her so I assume she doesnt know me ... Right away the they were rude, misspelled my name acted like I had never been there before. Then pretended to misunderstand the doctor and try to write me a generic script which would not be authorized by insurance making it way more expensive ... Trollolloll... I just dont believe the level of try hard trolls from people I do not personally know...Told me my masshealth insurance had a policy changed and the medicine was no longer covered... Made me run around in circles, made me call my doctor in the front of the CVS to try and find out why the insurance no longer covered the medicine... Nothing made any sense... They refused to tell me the price of the medication without insurance until I made a fool out of myself publically by calling doctor at front of store in front of all the shoppers paying for their goods. After wasting my time and wasting my time some more she finally had her minion tell me the price of the medication not covered by insurance. Which was a few hundred dollars or something absurd. So I went home and decided to try again later or tomorrow, hopefully someone else would be working... I called again later after I checked online to see if the policy had changed when it obviously has not... I was on hold for over a half an hour. When I finally got through I told her what she wanted to hear and all of a sudden she just happened to realize why the medication was not being covered.....She just happened to try and fill the generic, even though for past year I have every month filled brand name and I know they have record on computer and probably elsewhere. Her sarcastic tone and rude attitude was extremely off-putting.The point of this review is to alert people who plan on going to CVS at Washington Street in norwell mass that they may have a drive threw and like to pretend they are professionals but in reality the pharmacist is some spiteful spoiled passive aggressive women who went out of her way to give a repeat customer a hard time.... Not just a hard time, the hardest time I have ever had at a pharmacy .... Never have I ever delt with such disrespect out of nowhere...

Overworked and understaffed pharmacy means long wait times. Picking up prescriptions here is always a difficult and time consuming.

Customer service here is awful. According to google the pharmacy is open until 10 pm - so I had my urgent care physician send my prescription here - only to get here to find that the pharmacy closed at 9 pm and per the less than helpful cashier it has been that way for 2 years. Cvs, I recommend you update your website then. Because you just left this young mother with 2 sick children at home without medication over night. And to the older woman who appeared to be the cashier supervisor who not so kindly told me well nothing we can do about it now - I hope that your family doesnt have to go without medication for what seems to be a systems error. Awful customer service and lack of updated website. I will be taking my future business elsewhere.

My last 2 scripts I called in to get filled the first time I arrived 2 hrs after I scheduled pick up and was told it would be another 45 mins, an hour later went back and still had to wait 30 minutes. The 2nd time I arrived 1 day after I scheduled pick up and still had to wait 30 minutes for my script to be filled. Besides not being able to fill a script on time they call me constantly to see if I want my script filled as I dont have them on auto fill. In addition to all of this I was also short changed on my pills received 29 instead of 30. Looking for a new pharmacy.

Staff is so disrespectfull. I will never be returning to this cvs. The minute that I walked through the doors I was being watched an followed by an employee who suspected I was stealing based on my age. After being in the store for about 10 minutes the old female employee with grey hair around 5’3 and 65 years old came up to me and very rudely asked if I planned on purchasing anything and to leave if I did not. I was not being loud or disrupting the store in any way I was simply looking at the makeup. I was looking to purchse but after she had been following me and been rude to me I decided I would take my buissiness elsewhere. When I was walking into the parking lot she came out acused me of stealing and interrogated me. When I told her that I hadn’t stolen anything and to check the tapes she screamed I don’t beilive you and stormed back into the store. I won’t be bringing my buissiness here ever again and I will make sure to tell all my friends and family not to either if they want to be treated with any slitest at bit of respect. I’m honestly repulsed by the way they treat their customers.
