I was hurt badly in a work related car accident.Therefore I developed a pinched nerve which led to me having to have a EMG which are painful.I have scoliosis spine twisted to the left.The femoral arteries both were narrowed. I don’t have arthritis but a bulging disc.Focal spondylitis at C-5 C-6 in mild spinal stenosis and moderate right and moderate to severe left foraminal narrowing.I had constant chronic pain !! My quality of life was going down hill. The ability to do things that I took for granted.Also have Fibromyalgia and trocantric bursitis in my left hip.I went to Dr . Tomoya Sakai for a second opinion cuz I wasn’t getting any relief from another Dr. whom I recently had been seeing.I would highly recommend him !! He was very through asked him questions he took his time explaining the MRI .Suggested to me what he thinks I should do which for 5 years it was crippling pain muscle spasms, Weakness in my arm it affected my scapula wasn’t getting enough blood flow because narrowing of the femoral arteries. My right hand was always cold much worse in the colder weather.I just told me it zaps the energy out of me and I was to the point very difficult to sleep as time went on. I no longer sleep with a pillow since the accident.I consider myself an a active person and I became very limited even driving would bother it Reaching ,combing my hair , Couldn’t carry more than 10 lbs would irritate it He is a kind and caring doctor I have been going to other doctor s also cuz I was told my option was to get the fusion But my insurance company denied it .My friend told me to go see him.Well I feel like a new person! I felt comfortable and more importantly he listened to me was very patient.We decided that I would get a steroid shot in my neck every 3 months .Been 4 days and I’m finally happy living with much less pain !! THANK YOU DR .SAKAI P.S. He did admit that and I knew eventually I’d have to get a lamectomy in which he recommended Dr. Steven Leckie great results 🙂

This gentleman is great. Great listener and willing to actually give advise. freely suggests that another Dr. may be needed. He is gentle, compassionate and patient. Love this guy.

Had my first appointment a couple a months ago. He noticed things others missed in my MRI’s and cane up with a treatment plan. After suffering with severe pain for over 9 months, I finally felt like I had a solid plan with a great doctor. I would highly recommend!!
