I was just informed when trying to make an appointment that Dr. Murphy dismissed me from their practice because I called and canceled 1 appointment last Thursday. This appointment was scheduled for a virtual call. She was already 15 min late and I had a conference call with my children’s school. I called and explained that to the receptionist, asked her to have Dr. Murphy call me in twenty more minutes since she was already late. And the receptionist said no. So I cancelled. Fast forward to Monday when i called to be seen in the office and they dismissed me for that 1 time cancellation. If you are looking for a doctor who would like to see you in a timely manner and treat you with any respect. Please look elsewhere. She is a doctor who refused to see her patient. Such a shame.Keep in mind. I have never been late or missed an appointment before.

Ive been seeing Dr. Leslie Murphy for the past 5 years. I appreciate her honesty when we discuss any medical issues. She is willing to listen to my concerns and we come up with plan of action. What a great doctor.

Dr. David Keith is fantastic, best doctor for males or females. Going to him for years and send all our family and friends there too! He is amazing in every way!

I have been happy with the quality of service provided by Dr. Leslie Murphy and the staff at Pioneer Physicians. It is especially nice to be able to have blood work done right at the office.Now that my parents have switched their medical care over to Dr. Leslie Murphy as well, I can say that I am even more impressed with the level and quality of care provided. Someone from the office calls my parents weekly to help them manage their medications and health care needs. The office set up physical therapy appointments with my mother to help her gain strength for getting in and out of her car, how to better manage steps, and other practical tips to help her get around.We would highly recommend Dr. Murphy.

Very professional, Dr Murphy listens to me and has help me tremendously get my diabetes under control. Always willing to see me and seems concerned with my issues and pain.

I came in with Chrons symptoms, I was diagnosed in college, Dr. Murphy decided that I must have Covid because I had a fever briefly the night before. She said fever is not a symptom of Chrons (even though it definitely is). My ankles are about double the size they should be and Im in excruciating pain when I walk, but she didnt even look at them or offer any advice to deal with the swelling or pain. She said my lungs sounded clear, but also asked me several times how my breathing was and I told her each time that I could breathe freely and that I havent lost my sense of taste or smell. She then said she wanted to check for an enlarged heart because thats associated with breathing difficulty. I reminded her I did not have difficulty breathing. She ordered a blood panel and stool sample, did not give any instructions on how to leave the sample, and after dropping the sample off after my appointment I received a call that I did it wrong and I would need to come back. I will never come back to this office. I felt unheard, I felt like she diagnosed me immediately in her mind with Covid and didnt want to explore any other diagnosis even though my symptoms dont align with Covid. I cant explain how frustrating it is to come to the doctor in pain and discomfort and essentially be written off. I wouldnt send anyone, friend or enemy, to this office.

I love this practice. I have had Dr. Rucker as my pcp and he has been professional and caring. Sometimes they may run behind , but, its because they really do spend as much time as necessary for each patient.

Unless you like waiting for at least half an hour (over an hour once) every time you go in for a scheduled appointment, having random referrals scheduled for you without consulting you about it first, and having to wait 2 days for a prescription refill request to be granted, or just never called in at all, I suggest you find another doctor. I believe thats exactly what I will be doing.
