Im a hard of hearing student that uses Interact-AS in my classes. It isnt perfect, but it does a really good job of transcribing what my teachers say, plus it includes a voice recroding that I can use later in my studies.

I use it in meetings so I can see a captioning of what everyones saying, plus to save a transcript of whats been said. I used to dread going into meetings, not anymore.
