Paige has a wonderful touch! Her strokes are seamless and smooth. I went in with a list of sore spots and complaining of a headache. Paige took care of everything on my list!Her knowledge of the muscles and how they work is phenomenal.The office is clean and cheerful, and decorated beautifully.I wish I had spent more time on her table. I cant wait to go again!

I highly recommend Adams LMT-Massage and Bodywork! After suffering over 20 years with lower back pain I went for a massage with Paige. I had never gotten one before and was amazed at how relaxing it is and how well my lower back felt!
