Michael who runs the backstop is an amazing massage therapist. He is a great communicator and takes the time to ask and listen to best serve you. He has exceptional pressure and can really help break up tension in muscles and I always walk away more relaxed.In Covid times you can feel confident knowing that the backstop is also taking all necessary precautions and you can easily book in advance on their website which makes it easy to get in and out.Have also had a massage from Dave and other massage therapists there and Michael does a great job choosing the staff there. Never had a bad experience!
