I have been wearing my aids for several years and recently upgraded. The aids are very comfortable to wear and easy to charge. No need to keep charging and replacing batteries, just put them into the charger overnight and into my ears in the morning. Rose has been very helpful with hints on how to easily wear the pieces and keep them clean. Rose makes sure that the units are cleaned, adjusted and in good working order during my regular visits at the Northampton, PA location and accommodates any needed visits in between.Bert Keichel

My mom was suppose to be reimbursed for her hearing aid and paid $2,500.00 to miracle ear in January. First, Rose forgot to give the papers to her secretary after 4 months. Michelle said she sent them in for my mom. This is the end of June and my mom was never reimbursed for her hearing aid. The reimbursement was for government workers so thats why my mom bought the hearing aid. Now she is wasting all this time trying to figure out who screwed up and did Michelle really send in the form for reimbursement?
