Rick ran the electrical and wired our new hot tub. He was always quick with a response to a phone call or email. The best part was that he squeezed us in his busy schedule. We highly recommend him!

This morning I was at E 21st st & Northampton Ave in Northampton. Traffic was backed up due to construction. I was making a left onto 329 the guy across motioned it was clear as I made the turn, this idiot came flying up the left almost hit me. I had witnesses if he hit me. Maybe your workers should learn to drive. You can bet Id never use your company.

Rick called me back in the evening of the day I called him. He came buy my home on Christmas Eve, gave me an estimate and completed the job Monday morning. When he gave me an invoice he charged me a good bit less than his estimate because it did not take him as long as he estimated. That is honesty. I was prepared to pay the quoted amount as it was fair. I would use Rick again and would recommend him to others.

Rude..Called me in the am. I stated i was on my way to work and asked that he call me latter to set up a time for next week. I also asked is there a fee to look and give a estimate. he stated NoAt around 4 the same day he showed upI was not home. Only my son. My son explained I was not home. He tried to enter my home anyway stating someone needed to pay him.. my son had block the door .He yelled at my son saying find someone else..

He was behind me while I was in my car with my wife and 2 young children, and was upset with me because he was turning right at a red light and wanted me to inch out into oncoming traffic so he could turn. He then pulled up aside me and called me a fat **** in front of my children while he was driving around a teenage boy. What a great guy.
