I brought my daughter to Dr. White for an appointment. I found the office staff to be friendly, efficient and courteous. The office was extremely clean and well organized. Dr White was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a dermatologist. She made my daughter feel very comfortable and was able to help her.

Unfortunately, Kathryn’s office staff is often curt, or even rude. As an additional note, over several years of office visits, the wait time is always over half an hour, and usually closer to an hour. ... Just some information that may be relevant.

Unfortunately the staff is incompetent. They always put me on hold for excessive periods of time and never return messages. It shouldn’t be this hard to speak with the front desk.

I LOVE DR White. I went to her office for a routine annual skin check. i casually mentioned my concern over the numbness I was experiencing in both hands. My primary had DXd it as arthritis in my digits but I had grave doubts regarding this DX. Dr White mentioned a great orthopod to me and I made the appt. That doc worked me up in record time and sent me to an ortho spine surgeon. I now have hinges in C2-3-4-5-6-7 and also had a C5-6 laminectomy. My spinal cord is back where it belongs. Numb arms, hands and legs are back to normal. The surgeon informed me that if I did not have this done I would be quadriplegic. GUARANTEED! I owe my life to Dr White. No doubt she identified a serious problem and directed me accordingly. JOB WELL DONE DR WHITE!!! I also love my new PCP...Dr. Elsea! Love you all! Thank you very much. Soooo grateful!

Very happy with Dr. White. She is genuinely friendly and respectful. She never hurries you out the door. She explains what your disorder is and how you ended up getting it. Her staff are also friendly and helpful. I live about 5 miles from her office. If I lived 25 miles away I would still continue to be her patient.

I saw Dr. White for the first time yesterday, and shes wonderful - extremely thorough & knowledgeable! She and her staff are very pleasant, as well, and I would recommend Dr. White without reservation.

Dr. White is always kind and thoughtful of her patients. She examines thoroughly and explains her diagnoses very well. As I have aged, Im more and more happy with this approach.I recently was concerned with a tiny area on my nose and made an appointment. She examined the area and decided to biopsy even though it was most probably actinic keratosis. The biopsy was painless and she sent me home with instructions on care of the area and enough supplies. She explained that results would take a week. At precisely the week point, I was called to give me the results. It was negative and I didnt need further surgery. If I had, she would have sent me to a surgeon who practices tissue sparing techniques. How great is that?

I can not recommend Dr White. She is not a competent Dermatologist. She appears kind and thoughtful but she examined an area on my nose three times during 2016, and ressured me that it was fine. This assessment was made by her after I made multiple appointments for the sole purpose of my particular concern.She failed to listen to my concern and was reluctant to do a bippsy even with my history of skin cancer. I finally insisted, and sadly, she never called me with the results. I had to myself all and hear that it was cancer.I had Mohs surgery that was 7 hours at Baystate. I am left with a significant scare because the basal cell was so extensive.This was the second time for the exact situation 5 years ago. I gave her a second chance. Her lack of professional protocol created serious damage.

Every time I come I find myself waiting for at least over half an hour for an unhelpful short and brief visit with dr white.
