While on vacation I had a crown come off. I called and Andi was able to get me in same day with Dr. Cohen. The entire experience was better than I could have hoped. They provide incredible patient care. I wouldnt hesitate to use them again and further would recommend them to anyone.

Dr. Emirzian and Amy did an amazing job with a crown on my front tooth. They told me that matching one single front tooth is the hardest thing to do in terms of the cosmetics and they did a fantastic job. My friends and family cant even tell which one is the crown and which is my natural tooth! I’ve been coming here for routine cleanings for several years, but I am especially impressed with the work they’ve done for my crown and the wonderful service Amy gave me during my whitening sessions as well.

Dr Lisa and her staff are excellent. I recently had some minor dental work done and they were all very sensitive to pain management, communicating throughout the procedure. It was completely painless and the work impeccable. Great team!

Coming from someone who is very hesitant to visit the dentist I wanted to note that Dr. Lisa and Amy are a POWERHOUSE of a team. From the minute I walked in receptionists and team made me feel comfortable, and relaxed. Mind you, I may not be the easiest patient when it comes to sitting still, but because of them it is getting easier every visit. I highly recommend EMA, and both Dr. Lisa and Amy if you are looking for dentist options.

I came to EMA for a consult about replacing my remaining teeth with dentures or implants. I had read favorable reviews online before arriving and expected a friendly staff and top-notch service; I was not disappointed on either score. Dr. Mariano and his assistant, Brooke, were thorough in their examination and explanations of the treatment plans available to me. Andi broke the different options down to understandable dollars and cents. All encouraged me to be in touch with questions on any part of the proffered plans. I will be making a decision on which plan suits me best and returning to EMA to have the work done.I must say, I have never experienced such care in a dental office and in very few medical offices. I had an emergency with severe pain in 1 tooth -- I called in the late afternoon and they squeezed me in the next day at 9:40am! -- I was treated by Dr. Garrett Worsey and his assistant Jessica McPhee and WOW!!! -- both had GREAT bed-side manners & great communication -- Dr. Worsey quickly figured out what was wrong, numbed the tooth, took a few minutes with a drill to brilliantly re-shape the tooth, which alleviated ALL THE PAIN & DISCOMFORT!

The staff at the East Longmeadow location are fantastic. Through the COVID pandemic, they kept strict regulations to ensure the safety of everyone present, and I could not have been happier with my experience. I had Kaycee as my dental hygienist and she was great! She was friendly and helped to put me at ease. We chatted a bit and she seemed to have the right balance of asking questions at the appropriate time when I could answer, and offering tidbits of her own personal life to relate and keep the conversation going. And now, my teeth feel clean and happy! I have had many positive experiences with EMA dental over the four or so years that I’ve been a patient there, and I highly recommend them!

Great first visit for full set of radiographs and dr exam. Extremely efficient, welcoming, and on time. Bethany was super friendly and great with the X-rays and making sure to ask if I had any things I wanted the dr to know about. Dr. Cohen was so kind and generous with her time and expertise. She smoothed a rough tooth for me on the spot! Got in next week for a needed repair.Office has excellent COVID and infection control protocols in place, I felt safe and well-cared for. Thank you!

Honestly, this was the best dentist appointment Ive ever had. I know that sounds like an exaggeration, but Ive had so many experiences in the past where the dentist made me feel ashamed of my teeth and pressured to spend lots of money right away on expensive cosmetic procedures so that Id look better. Not here! The dentist and hygienist were both friendly and made me feel super comfortable. They explained the condition of my teeth clearly and when I asked for options on making my teeth look better, they were really informative about the different options available while also making it clear that none of it were things I HAD to do. They made sure I understood everything and let me ask questions multiple times. I never felt rushed. The front desk staff were also super friendly and everyone there seemed to genuinely enjoy the work they were doing.

Top notch full service dental office. Professional staff. This is the first place I have been to in my 56 years that I feel completely confident. Dr Mariano is amazing. Excellent explanations on procedures. Sarah Poulin is a dental hygienist there and she is wonderful. I cannot say enough good things about everyone at the East Longmeadow location.

I only had a consultation today and I left feeling so confident that I was at the right place. The staff is very welcoming as well as Dr. Emirzian. I had a terrible experience at EMA Dental (with Dr. Mariano and his assistant that day). They dont listen and they dont make the charges clear in advance. They tried to convince me to get crowns on my 6 front teeth, which is not what I want, and other dentists agree that it is not only unnecessary, it could threaten the health of my teeth, which have short roots from previous orthodontist work. Also, they made it seem like this was a consultation and that my insurance would cover the x-rays and impressions -- things I told them I didnt need, but they kept pressing and said it would be better to do it while I was there. I feel like I went to a used car salesman instead of a dental professional.

EMA Dental has for several years treated a range of problems afflicting my teeth and mouth, and I have invariably found the staff both friendly and thoroughly professional. I cant say that I look forward to my sessions with Dr Mariano and his colleagues, but I have consistently experienced strong confidence in the treatment that they offer .I am grateful for past treatment and confident that future visits will demonstrate the excellence I have come to expect from the EMA staff.

When it seemed the year couldnt get any worse, I developed tooth pain. Hesitant to venture any farther than my mailbox until I received the vaccine, I finally called EMA and explained my situation. Within 18 hours I was seated in a dentist chair and Dr. Lisa Emerzian had examined, diagnosed and put in motion the next steps to solving my really uncomfortable problem. Now thats good service. Actually, let me rephrase that. Thats excellent service! When I arrived, the entrance welcomed me with an array of hand sanitizers, which is an excellent idea, because Im allergic to almost all of those solutions. All covid restrictions were followed to a T. The office staff had rearranged the schedule to accommodate me, because I had another appointment later in the day. I was greeted like family, sans the hugs and in 5 minutes I was seated under The Lights. The dental hygienist, Connie was knowledgeable, efficient and on the ball. She immediately put me at ease assuring me that they would solve my problem, which they did. Great service all around at EMA!

I had my first experience with EMA Dental today and I am very pleased. My dentist referred me to a specialist due to the circumstances of my tooth pain. The receptionist (I’m sorry I didn’t catch her name, I wish I did) went above and beyond and called the specialist and got me an appointment the exact same day so we can take care of my issue quickly. I am really thankful for that. Everyone I have spoken to there so far in person and on the phone is so nice! I am someone that gets nervous at the dentist and they made me feel a little more comfortable!

Aleah was my dental hygienist for the day and she was fabulous! So quick, efficient, and articulate–then again I would expect that from EMA. Great bedside manner too! She even asked me questions when I actually could respond hahaha! Love this team. Such nice folks! Im sad that I live on the Cape now and have to look for another group. Can I just drive the 2.5 hours to see you? Tempting.

I love my dentist, Dr. Rebecca Cohen. Need I say more? On December 28, 2020 I had my teeth cleaned by Katielynn and then I saw Dr. Cohen, who began the process of crowning a tooth which had multiple fillings in it. The office is well prepared to protect patients against a Covid 19 infection. Everyone wore plastic gloves, masks and face shields. When leaving and setting up another appointment the office employees were protected by plexiglass shields on both sides of their office. They were very helpful to me. Understanding my dental health plan payment plan can be complicated. Today, June 30, 2021 I had my teeth cleaned and whitened by Jenn. She’s wonderful. She was very patient with me, the patient, and asked relevant questions concerning my health since the last time I saw her. We discussed all my concerns. I recommend Jenn to anyone that would like a thorough cleaning and whitening experience.

Kaitlynn in the Northampton office informed me every step of the way, gave me clear directions, and worked efficiently, deeply, and painlessly. I felt like I was in good hands.

Today I swooped in and was rushed for time, and my dental hygienist, Aleah was Amazing. She made me feel relaxed, and kept the appointment within an hour. The dentist was, great, too! Highly recommend Aleah!

Great hygienists but dentist does not apologize for mistakes. A dentist here made a dental appliance that cracked in half after nine days of use. It could have choked and killed me in my sleep. After much back-and-forth, I was given a partial refund. I won’t be going back here as I do not enjoy haggling and near death experiences.

Ive been a patient of Dr.Cohens for many years. She always presents my treatment plans without pressure (crushing the stereotype that dentists are in it for the money) and with many options. All the while educating me on any risks and possible outcomes. Any work that shes done has been perfect and time tested. I trust her implicitly and would not trust my teeth with anyone else.

My kids saw Jennifer and Evelyn today for a cleaning, and it was the best cleaning they have had . The staff was great and the hygienists were excellent. Dr. Chambers came in for their exam, and she was so good with them. She was very educational in terms they understood. Great office!

Originally, I was referred to her by another health professional, as the most highly skilled aesthetic dentist in Western MA, to restore my two badly chipped (and highly visible) incisors. Note: Beware of forks and horn mouthpieces!Dr. Emirzian did such a phenomenally gorgeous job on the restoration, both aesthetically and in terms of functionality, I decided to become a regular patient and havent looked back.Her assistant, Amy is absolutely fantastic; warm, attentive, thorough, and with a chairside manner that puts you in a calm, relaxed frame of mind. She just gives you that comforting feeling of being in very good, very competent hands. The entire office vibe is one of patient-centered caring and conscientiousness.I joked to Dr. Emerzian once (when she was finessing my tooth restoration similar to how an artist would finesse their masterpiece) that her motto should be When 99% perfect just isnt perfect enough... but you know what? From the moment I walked in, there was a member of the team that was trying to sell me something. Whether it was prescription toothpaste to teeth whitening. This made me suspicious. I met with Dr Chambers who recommended cavity repair. I had my dental records forwarded to a family friend, who then after reviewing the records and examining me, informed me that there werent any cavities to repair. I work in the medical field and am cautious about where I get my care. Being able to trust in your provider is essential. After this experience I will not return, and have encouraged friends from seeking care elsewhere.

I got an appointment with Dr. Emirzian for a broken tooth. She fit me in even though her schedule was already full. I was upset to learn that I needed a crown. I had some bad experiences with crowns before with another dental office. I have TMJ so I cant open my mouth very wide or for very long. I was pretty nervous about going through the crown process again. Amy, the Dental Assistant, was very reassuring. She explained every thing that would happen. Dr. Emirzian was absolutely great!! She used what looked like a piece of foam rubber to keep my mouth open so I wouldnt have to do it myself. It was so comfortable and I was able to relax my very tense body. She used smaller tools that would fit in my mouth. She really knew all the tricks! Dr. Emirzian and Amy checked in with me all the time to make sure I was doing ok. Everyone in the EMA office in Northampton from the receptionists to the hygienists to the doctors are wonderful!! I thank all of them for making what I thought would be another very torturous experience to one that was comfortable and pretty easy!! I highly recommend EMA Dental!!!
