Excellent services in a beautiful and convenient location. Ive had my nails and waxing done here frequently with amazing results every time. They use OPI for their gel manicures, which is definitely the best quality brand for that type of polish. I love how friendly and knowledgeable their staff is. Never had a bad experience!!

I have been here a few times to get manis and pedis and it was exceptional every time. You are offered a complimentary tea or soft drink when you walk in the door and everyone there is so nice and so accommodating, plus the prices are fair for the quality!

I had heard good things about Brooks and Butterfield so I called at the beginning of April to reserve about $500 worth of massages, manicures, and pedicures for my BACHELORETTE party with my credit card. I called back almost a week before in May to double check the times for our appointments. When I told them I was the bride coming in for my bachelorette party on the upcoming weekend, they gave me a different name. They somehow managed to CANCEL ALL OF MY APPOINTMENTS and booked ANOTHER bachelorette party in MY slots. They knew they had messed up big time and tried to scramble to throw some openings together for me and my girls later in the day, but half of them were not able to make the new times so I had to cancel altogether. (Even though they offered me a whopping 10% off which I HAD TO REQUEST). When I did call to cancel (within the cancellation deadline, and as soon as I was able to BOOK WITH ANOTHER SPA), I gave them my name and when the receptionist realized I was canceling all of them she responded with “OK I’ll do that.” CLICK. She literally hung up on me. I hope their overpriced services are better quality than their customer service/computer skills. I will never know though, because I will never be giving them any business.

I just visited this spa and was very displeased with my entire experience. I booked a spa package that included different services. Most of the services were ok but it was very cold in the spa and I felt like i was on display because there is NO privacy. The staff was NOT very accommodating and I felt rushed the ENTIRE time. The staff seemed unorganized and chaotic. I also paid $83.00 for a professional manicure and pedicure and my nails looked awful, like my 3 year old daughter did them!I will never return to this spa- you are better off looking elsewhere in this area!!!!

This place has a horrible owner. i overheard the receptionist suggesting that the service should be on them because of an interferice that neither the customer were responsible for and the owner said word for word in a disgusting tone... the alarm went off thats not my fault why should i have to loose money... i am not going here knowing that my money is going to someone like this. In a way i understand but its customer service, i found her to be selfish and unprofessinal just how she spoke to her staff and demanded. and the poor customer covered in a mudwrap outside in a towel because the alarm went off and she still wanted to charge her full price. Worst Spa ive ever been too.

I had a very bad experience at this spa. Their customer service left a lot to be desired. There are many other options in Northampton and I would look at them.
