Top Level care. Extremely professional, a very knowledgeable staff in the office, Dr.s Nurses are very thorough, very caring and always talked to with respect.....The Director here is on her own level above all, the place runs as smooth as a Swiss watch.

Went to have a lesion looked At that was on my throat, when the provider looked in my throat she strongly stated there was nothing there I was insistent that therewas and wanted to help her and show her exactly where the lesion was she would not have it she just said there was nothing there. And while there she was very rude to the medical assistant right in front of me which I thought was very unprofessional today I went to my doctor to have my throat Examined and he immediately ordered a stat appointment with an ENT I could have this looked at seven weeks ago if she would’ve just listen to me and let me show her exactly where the lesion was very disappointed this provider.Very arrogant and now she might have Cost me precious time!

I have used On Call several times, on my schedule and hardly ever a wait, always kind, easy, quiet environment.

Great experience with OnCall. Their friendly staff answered all my questions, took their time to make sure all my documentation was in order, and Melissa the phlebotomist was amazing. They had books available to help keep my children occupied, they didnt waste my time, and had everything I needed in order to get my paperwork for MHC done with excellent turn around time on the lab work.

Went there twice with hand injury. Service was fast, staff was caring and professional. Great place

Didnt feel like I was heard, sent away with minimal help and felt like the doctor that treated me wanted to get me in and out. I have a cough that came out of no where and I have MS. I have just moved back to the area so I needed someone right away since my PCP is now 2 hours away. Not the place I will be going again. I actually got worse and went to another Urgent care and within 24 hours of their treatment feel 100 times better.

Professional help for those in need.

Ive used this place for years for a wide variety of reasons (sinus infection, possible fractured toe (x-ray on site), etc.), and they have been excellent every time. Aas they are Urgent Care, theyre not super personable, but thats not their purpose. (Your personal physician can hold your hand, etc.). Very professional staff, and excellent treatment/results. Highly reccomended.

This is how health care should be, in and out, efficient, complete care. With no ridiculous co pay like I would have been charged at the ER. Highly recommend this place.

Im writing this post in hopes that On Call will see it. I have been going here on and off for two years now and the employees are Very rude and very judgmental. It like we the patients are just a number. they want you in and out. I have yet to find someone who works there who looks at me and speaks to me like Im a human being. Makes you feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome and like you are being a burden to them. When you are there for a reason and its their job to help you out not judge you. The idea of On Call is brilliant however they could use some serious help in the customer service department. Yes its not a retail job but you still need to be people savy.

Awful, rude people especially in the health care obviously they need a new career because this isnt how you treat people in health care field. If you hate your job that much dont you think its time for a new career.
