This is the BEST pharmacy Ive ever found and that includes the nationwide chain stores. Their staff, supervisor, manager and delivery driver are all friendly, kind, caring, patient, attentive, knowledgeable, conscientious, thoughtful and professional. Unlike the big retailers, THIS pharmacy REALLY appreciates their customers and shows it too! They will DELIVER your medicines right to your local location. They will also adjust their delivery time (morning or afternoon if you let them know beforehand) in case you have to go to the doctor or wherever. This delivery service is a MAJOR benefit for us disabled senior citizens, who either arent allowed to drive anymore due to physical or mental conditions or who simply cannot go out in cold, hot, rainy or inclement weather. In a world where most businesses no longer let you talk to a REAL LIVE PERSON on the phone, City Centre answers and will resolve any questions or problems you have about your prescriptions. Truly devoted customer service is sorely missing in this digital era, but City Centre Pharmacy understands its the lifeblood of their company! They also are providers for both Medicaid & Medicare patients. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE WHO LIVES IN THE AREA! The best little pharmacy in north Las Vegas, the ladies there are the nicest and they remember you by name! Don’t have to walk all the way through a large pharmacy and service is quick- plus they deliver too!

Never spoke to a ruder pharmacist than a Spanish woman with bad English skills named grace! I’ve had chronic fibromyalgia for 35 yrs and she told me I don’t really need them because her friend has it and doesn’t need them! I said everyone is different and who cares about what her friend takes! She called me a liar when I told her I done want Walgreens to fill it because they want a pre authorization number! The so called professional called me a liar! I am NOT a druggie and don’t need some English speaking wanna be to talk to me like this! #*+% her!!!

The pharmacy employees are warm and carring. Sometimes inter staff communications is a challenge but bringing to attention of Grace or UD these issues are quickly resolved..The delivery driver is awesome..Calls or texts me when 5 minutes away so i can have money, scripts whatever ready!I have been blessed when sick to know my all perscriptions are delivered for free. With all my scripts delivered and prepared by one pharmacy is helful to me and my doctors..The time and stress it saves is awesome. As a low income disabled senior this service is amazing.Tell them Pastor Rita sent you..😇
