Doctor was incredibly knowledgeable and empathetic. Definitely worth my time to go. I really felt valued as a patient and the doctor took the time to answer every question I had. The entire staff was very polite. 10/10 would go again.

The facility is very clean and organized. The staff members are nice and willing to answer any questions the patient may have. They attend to the patient(s) very quickly and the consultantion is straight to the point.

If I could Ive given this place no stars. I actually found this place through my insurances website and saw this doctor had a good review score via Google. So I found it necessary to post a review of my experience today...My insurance changed, so I had to select a new PCP. After calling several offices, only DiPalmas office said they could schedule an appointment for me within a days notice. I made the appointment.I came into the office 20 minutes prior to my appointment time, because I knew I would have to fill out new patient paperwork. It is 10:40am, the waiting room was filled with more than 16 people already. Yes, I counted.I signed in. I wasnt given the new patient paperwork until AFTER my appointment time. I brought my paperwork to the desk, they told me to have a seat. After several minutes I was asked for insurance card and co-pay. Why wasnt this done when I brought my paperwork up? Highly disorganized.Then I waited. And waited. And waited. I have now waited over an hour and 20 minutes, even after showing up early... I go to the window and asked for a refund. The clerk says to me Yeah, well theres always a long wait with Dr. DiPalma.I said, Well thats the whole point of making an appointment... to avoid long wait times. I shouldnt be waiting this long when I have an appointment.I got my refund and left. Awful. Disorganized. Certainly the last thing you want to deal with when you are feeling ill. I found out as I was leaving that the office usually double books patients at the same time. So it creates a backlog. Save your time, dont go here. Im irritated I wasted my morning when I couldve gone to Urgent Care instead.

I went in because of one specific thing and a few other things, they took soooo long to attend us. we got there at 12 pm and didnt leave until a little after 4 pm. I knew they were going to draw blood so I didnt eat until then. The lady at the front desk was terrible, you could be standing there in front of her trying to ask a question and she will ignore you. But I still decided to give them a second chance and made an appoint for the following week, however, I had to cancel my appointment because i wouldnt be able to make it so called and tried to reschedule and she put me on hold for like 10 minutes and then someone else picked up so i explained my situation and she said just come in from 8-5. Wow. I couldnt believe the customer service from the ladies at the front.

I went to see the DOCTOR (DEPALMA EXELENT DOCTOR ) he referring me to an especialist . The personal keep the paperwork for over 2 months. At the next visit the doctor told about it to the personal, and give me a follow up for 2 weeks. I stop with the woman make the appointment to do it. Actually I called to confirm my appointment and put me on wait 3 times 3 different people for long periods total about 50 minutes, at the end told me I dont have appointment. I had to make appropriate for today at 10:00 , was 11:40 and nothing. I went to the window to talk with the person and ask for my references to the other doctor and I complaining with a guy and a woman came a told me if I dont like the service I can go to others place. The guy told me the woman is the owners daughter.

Went for a follow up, with my appoinment beig at 11am, charge me co pay right away and made me wait 1 hour to check my vitals, just so the doctor can come in give me a prescription, and tell me that i Can be on my way. She didnt asked what was bothering me or way i had come in, she was just trying to get out. After that a pseudo nurse came in and wanted me to sign an order for an EKG, wich is absurd, i went in for a labs follow up!!they are just a joke with out Doctor Di Palma.Never go here!!!

This place sucks! You make an appointment and they still make you wait over 3 hours and I was just here for results! The staff just walks back and forth behind the counter the whole time acting like they are doing something and one of the girls was just standing there ! Do not go here !

I dont understand why they lied about waiting time.!!! If they say 4 patients in front of you, they mean 10 patients in front of you.. so be prepared to wait longer time with no friendly staff....Waste of time and waste of money.!!! You will not leave that place happy..!!!

Made an appointment for 9:30. They took me back an hour later to take vitals stuck me back in the waiting room until a room was open and hour later. The staff are unprofessional and rude.

My mom wanted to come see this clinic and it is horrible they have no ac or if they do they dont turn it on it takes 3 hours to see the doctors I thought it was because she was a new patient but its horribleThen we ask the nurse why it takes so long her lame excuse their are no rooms available lolIf you have time to be at the doctors 3 hours please joins us lol

I went to take the covid test and I paid $ 150 and they marked me saying that it was negative and the days went by for them to talk to me saying that it was positive and now they deny that they marked me saying that it was negative to sue them is what I should do 😤😡😡

I had the worst experience of my life in that clinic to leave more relieved I left sicker that within a few hours of leaving they had to take me to the smiling hospital as an emergency, that excellent hospital that made me feel 100% relieved when in the clinic. Santa Fe all they did was hurt me

The receptionist is rude, she didnt want to do her job, she was in a bad mood.He didnt want to look for a pharmacy that I told him near my house, (for the prescription) he told me that I had to look for the address of the pharmacy.It was hard to find a pharmacy near my house on your computer!Do not make courage, go to another place!
