As a medical provider and owner of a family practice clinic (MK medical - shameless self advertising, LOL) I understand how important customer service is. Elite Dental is awesome. Dr. Trinh is the only dentist who has ever given me truly painless injections! He does great work.

This dental office is amazing. Where do I start... The front staff is extremely friendly and knowledgable. I called before scheduling for information and pretty much the doctors resume 😂. They answered all my questions without seeming bothered, they were happy to answer them. When I showed up they helped my sign in because I had my baby and all his stuff(appointment was for my 1 year old son). The waiting room is very clean and nice. The had toys for children and my son loved the set up and toys. They absolutely loved my son and my son loved all the assistants and he LOVED the doctor, Dr.Sinh Trinh. They even put an age appropriate show for my son in the room. My son had the best first dental experience , not at all during the appointment was he scared or nervous.(photo is of my son playing with the blocks there)updated:(second visit) They totally remember my son and I. My son still loves the staff and its a great office for children due to the staff

I had an unpleasant experience with this dentist who I found to be both rude and a know-it-all in response to a mistake the front office made in scheduling a visit that the dentist wasnt able to complete in time despite being made aware of the time restraints upon scheduling.I see that Im the fourth one-star review of this clinic in the past year and while I think some of the staff members are nice I would encourage people to look for other dentists in the area. This dentist missed a cavity that my orthondontist ended up finding and would later require a crown when it was treated. If Im doing 6-month followups and its the person who adjusts my braces that finds out when I have a cavity what is this dentist doing? I see nothing Elite about the care I received and it would appear based on some of the other feedback Im not the only one.

Absolutely the best dental service I have ever had in my 30+ years! Office staff is incredibly friendly. Went in for wisdom tooth extraction, and they referred me to an oral surgeon. Office staff then made a treatment plan for me that included my options and info on how much of my insurance was left after the wisdom teeth surgery. Im referring everyone I know to Dr. Trinh!

After years of dental issues I have finally found a sincere dentist and dental office for that matter. The doctor is gentle and caring. I have had a few procedures and they have all been pain free, he is very gentle with the injections. The office staff is caring and in tune. Overall this is an AMAZING dental practice.

Dr. T and his staff are the best!!! Even though I recently moved across town, this place is the best and I will continue to go here. Never in 27 years have I experienced such awesome customer service and patient centered dental care. I cant even name drop because every single person in this office goes above and beyond to greet you and make you feel welcomed. After not having insurance for a few years, I had some cavities that needed work. As soon as I moved to Vegas and got coverage this is where I went and I could not be more happy. They go over in detail what you need done as well as discussing accurate pricing (that didnt change or go up) As well as flexible options. After going back 3 or 4 times for a crown and some fillings, I have nothing but good things to say. Even when my crown was not comfortable they got me in the next day to go in for 5 minutes and fix it. They really care about their patients and it shows.The waiting room (and private rooms) are always super clean. HGTV is always playing when I go there and all the rooms have TVs as well. Im not from a big city so this was new to me and I really enjoyed the luxury of being able to watch something while Im waiting...and while they were working on my teeth! Im also always surprised at how quickly they do everything. Its done well with great quality but Im always in and out in no time. Ive also always been taken back right on time for my appointments. Ive never really had to wait, whether its in the waiting room or in the private patient room waiting for the dentist. I really love it here and they deserve all the high praise they get!

I used to be a patient at this Dental office but their customer service has gone way downhill. When I arrived, I seen new staff at the front desk. thisnew woman came to my room to let me know that I would need a major cleaning without even doing a pre-evaluation first and that I will need to pay more. But the most unprofessional words that came out of her mouth was telling me that I was delaying the other patients when I had been seating down for 5 minutes..... Worst dental office experience Ive dealt with. I will not recommend this Dental Office, if I could give a 0 starsI would

I am terrified of going to the dentist because of some health reasons (fainting) however, all my fears were put to rest after talking to him. I had an extraction and I felt NOTHING! The entire staff is amazing and I highly recommend them to anyone

Dr. Sinh Trinh has been our family dentist (6 of us) for sometime. Today my wife went in at 10:30am to have a procedure done. He numbed her and told her he would be back in 10-15 minutes and went to see another patient. He returned an hour later and numbed her once more and told her he would return in 10-15 minutes. It is now 12:19pm and still no dentist.She asked the front desk staff to speak with the dentist. They go to the back and return to tell her that he stepped out. What in the ****?! He was just there an hour ago to numb her!This is completely unacceptable. I told her to inform the office staff as such and to request all of our files. To let them know that there unprofessionalism will not be tolerated and we will take our family elsewhere. This dentist office used to be great and over time theyve gone downhill.I would rate this office 0 stars if possible.

Im a native in vegas and its hard to find a great dentist. I was lucky enough to have Dr. Trinhs office move into the neighborhood! I was so pleased with the attention to detail and friendly staff, im now taking my whole family here....
