Look their are some florists And pharmacies that deliver to Yale New Haven Hospital and they are pure pond scum. Why because they park on the sidewalk because they do not want to walk. However for the past year Peoples Pharmacy does NOT do this. Eli always parks in the parking spot and when I complemented him he said it was the right thing to do.Humble and polite. While the others say that they are there fora short time.

Joey was great! He came and help take apart the old bed and placed the hospital bed very fast. Friendly guy. Very funny. And very helpful. I appreciate great customer services as it is very rare these days. Thank you so much for your help.

Our experience with People’s Medical has been very good. We have rented equipment from them for my father, and the customer service has been terrific. One of their technicians, Jay, is always so helpful and always thoroughly explains everything to us so that we know how to tend to the equipment properly. And Jennifer - in the office - is very helpful, too. Everyone is very pleasant!

I cannot commend Peoples outstanding customer service enough, I recently was discharged from the hospital with the need for oxygen. I have never needed this before and the process and equipment was totally foreign to me. Both Louis at the hospital, Pricilla on the phone and especially Jay C at my home were outstanding. They were knowledgeable and broke down each step ,then had me do the hands on so I would remember the steps of using both the main unit and the portable. Jay reviewed what to do in an emergency and by the time he was finished I was at ease with the equipment. Jay was very very patient. People s Is a true pleasure

I’ve been waiting for months on medical supplies to the oxygen machine I have to use. Some days the machine will stop working for a period of time. I’ve called on numerous occasions about the machine and the supplies I need but still haven’t received anything nor has anyone come out to check the machine. It’s really frustrating that they seem to not care about taking 2 months to meet a patients needs who has trouble breathing. Every time I call I get the run around and it’ll take days for customer service to get back to me with an update as to why I am still without my medical supplies. It is very tiring.

I work security at 1423 Chapel and Beer Street. I just want to let whoever know. Johnny is a good worker. He also has a lot of respect and manners. There should be more workers like him around.

Have multiple deliveries to my place of business. Jay is one of the best delivery men, he is so polite and friendly. He is very knowledgeable on any topic. Thanks for the great work.

My step father s portable was not working properly and they called on Tuesday and came on Wednesday, he came with only a new battery and it was not the issue, they need a new machine. Now he fell and needed to call an ambulance to get to the hospital. Now on Saturday we are waiting for the company to get back to the hospital. My mother called on Friday to say a machine or something was needed to get him home for the hospital. Now we wait. Totally unprofessional. I would not recommend to anyone.

This pharmacy is great and really cares about people I needed a nose piece for my moms oxygen tank and the guy who was in West haven gave me one when I told him I could not find it anywhere. I would recommend this pharmacy to anyone

My experience with people medical was very pleasant on March 20 2018 my son was in the hospital for getting hit by a car the young gentleman John he show my son how to use his wheelchair properly he also made my son day by making my son laugh even though my son was in a lot of pain John Show that he genuine care about his job and the patients he deliver to. I really don’t know the other gentleman name that was with him because he really didn’t talk that much or introduced his self to me or my son but My overall experience with people medical was very good and I would recommended peoples medical supply to everyone I know And John is doing a very good job and he is a very good candidate to represent your company because he really take his job seriously and the patients he help everyday.. We had a very good experience with the technician Jay, he answered all the questions we had and went over how to clean and properly work the oxygen machine. He had a very positive attitude and lightened the mood for my mother who was upset about the machine not working properly.

Terrible customer service. Went to go use a hoyer lift they gave us for the first time on a Saturday after my father was discharged from rehab and it would not fully lift him off the bed. Called customer service and they said they couldnt come out and do anything until Monday. This is terrible! Patients need the products and resources they have asked for! Its been a very difficult weekend trying to assist my father in keeping him clean. If you cant provide assistance, then you shouldnt run a medical supply company. I called again this morning, and the woman whonansweeed the phone sounded as though she was very annoyed.

Customer service rep was very sarcastic and lacked knowledge about what the pharmacy carried. She was just and very unhelpful. Will let Medicare know about the service here at People Medical for sure.

Not a good place to order a baratric commode. First , they only offer 1 style ... square .... with no plastic liners available for square. Most commodes are round ... but they dont offer round baratric commodes apparently ... as I was told. Searching for square liners elsewhere is impossible as no one sells them to fit this commode. Calling Peoples with this concern is pointless, the rep was not knowledgeable not pleasant ... they had no suggestions, recommendations, and they could care less of our concern. The impression they gave us on the phone ... they got their payment through the insurance ... thats all they cared about. Also, the quality of this commode was disappointing ... even though its baratric its very flimsy in appearance and is not comfortable for a 365 lb man. Karen Mancuso

Horrible customer service. Dont know who trained these individuals for answering phones but they need to be retrained. When your on the phone with a customer you shouldnt be having conversations in the back ground and putting that customer on hold.

If I could give them a zero I would. Customer Service Rep gave us the run around for months regarding my mothers Drive Hoyer Lyft. The pump stopped working after two years. We were unable to get the hoyer repaired due to the fact they no longer had a contract with the manufacturer. No other DME CO. would repair it. CSR continued to give us incorrect information regarding the Hoyer repair. It was a different story each time I called. Very unprofessional!!! After speaking with the manager today 1/8/19 she stated would speak to this CSR and retrain others to insure they had the correct information. Shouldnt these individuals have received training after they were hired??? Dont waste your time with this company!!!! They clearly dont make their customers needs a priority!!!!!

Wow !! I wish I read this companys reviews, before using them. Totaly ghetto. I told the girl I didnt need the machine any longer and they said I could not have the supplies either then. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !!!

I wish I could give these people a negative rating. They were inattentive when I gave them my prescription. They told me they would call me when I could come pick it up. 2 weeks later, I hadnt heard from them so I called and they claimed that there was no prescription and acted like it was my fault that they lost my prescription. DO NOT do business with this company!

Still waiting for respiratory supplies for almost 2 weeks. Totally unacceptable in my opinion.

I will not use this business again. They were unable to verify my insurance coverage, and the price quoted for me to purchase item was much higher than when finally paid for by my insurance. They seemed disorganized and uninformed. I used them once before and had not felt satisfied with their customer service then either.
