I cancelled my order after reading reviews. I paid $245 on 11/2/20. I was told it would take up to 14 days. I have not received my money back.

I placed an order on Jan 30,2020. It was shipped to my home address from Canton, OH, on March 3rd vis UPS. The Federated Mint would not send it to my PO Box; they wanted my residence address. In less than a week, it was in Bend,OR; thats 34 miles from my home. UPS transferred it to the local USPS. The local USPS does NOT deliver to a resident address, but only to ones mailing address. So my order got sent back to OHIO. That was over one month ago. The company refuses to answer any of my phone calls and emails. I want my money BACK or I will take legal action against them!!

I work with an older woman who thought she was getting a good deal at 59$ an oz when a quick Google search says it is 16$. Had an ad in the local paper that was written like an article and conveniently typod federated mint to federal mint, look at what they were selling and it was half ounce silver bars for 29$ whens full ounce of silver is 18 spot price at the time of writing this. I paid this company for silver and the silver wasnt ever delivered.I was promised that the silver that I ordered over the phone would be delivered to my home within 30 days. It is over two weeks late and LeAnne the Customer Service Representative and Tracey the Supervisor at the Federated Mint told me that it is my job to contact and retrieve the silver from the UPS holding station. Tracey the Supervisor at Customer Service said that UPS tried one time to deliver my package at 8:52 am. I have a dog and a door bell. I was never given a note from UPS that they attempted to deliver the product. I wasnt notified from the Federated Mint by phone, email, or a letter that they attempted to deliver the product. It is the Federated Mints job to figure out why my package was not delivered to me.Tracey the Supervisor at the Federated Mint told me that I would have to wait for UPS to mail the silver back to them before I would be reimbursed. Tracey told me that they will not contact UPS whatsoever even to accelerate a refund on a product that wasnt delivered.This company is extremely unprofessional! If I do not receive a full refund including shipping costs THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!
