Cant say enough about how helpful the staff was, from the sweet receptionist to the attentive medical assistant and on to Dr. Haney, who is a gem. This clinic is conveniently located off a main road and has clear signage. Waiting room felt Covid safe and clean. Safe parking is available right out front. Highly recommend to anyone in need of Urgent or Primary Care. A real asset in this underserved, rural area of Oregon.

Primary care is 5 star. I gave 3 stars because the urgent care was a joke. Took my 5yr old in at 5pm on a Tuesday. Was told to come back at 7. Gave urine sample while there. Back at 7pm. They took someone back as we got there and then came out and said the Drs computer crashed and it would be another 2 hours. Can we come back in morning? No, I will go elsewhere tomorrow. Thank you for insuring my 5 yr old gets to be miserable tonight.

We have used Nova on three occasions and each time has been easy and hassle free with no wait time. The ability to check in and schedule appointments with your phone is very convenient. The most recent experience was absolutely wonderful. My daughter was very nervous and the provider, Mark Van Over, was extremely patient, kind, knowledgeable and made her feel at ease and comfortable.

The providers at this location were outstanding and very knowledgeable. It has been many years since I saw an PCP that was this caring. Having Nova health in Coos Bay is truly a blessing.

Everyone I talked to was super friendly and that made the 2 hour wait tolerable. The doctor was easy to talk to and was thorough. She gave me a very helpful packet of information pertaining to my issue. Thank you Nova urgent care --North Bend!

Let start with the waist of time online check in. Upload ID and Insurance info, fill out personal info to speed up process. Sounds great Right? Wrong I preregistered showed up 10 min early like I was supposed to. 1 guy behind counter could not check me in because they were behind, therefore the online registration expired. Lost my ID and Insurance info. They claim online registration is so you can wait at your own home till they are ready for you I’ve been waiting in my car for a RAPID COVID test (not so RAPID) for over 2 hours.

Customer service and staff were kind, welcoming and friendly. Making our visit very relaxed each time we have come in.

Super clean and efficient urgent care. Was able to check in online and receive texts as to the status of my appointment.Staff was extremely friendly. Was seen by Mark who was very thorough, kind, and knowledgeable.Except that I was at urgent care it was a 5 star experience😀

Well initially they were great. However, when trying to follow up on test results they dont answer their phone. The phone rang for the entirety of my 2 mile hike. The only way they follow up is in person.

This place should just be considered a COVID testing center. My primary couldnt get me in so I went to Nova last Thursday. They didnt take any of my concerns into consideration, I even had a list I made prior that I read off for them, and told them I thought it was giardia. The doctor brushed that off, they just tested me for covid (rapid was neg), 2-4 days for PCR they said, and told me to come back in 4 days if I still felt bad, mind you this took close to 3 hours and I only saw one other patient while I was there. They didnt do any blood, stool, or urine samples. I was going to wait it out until Monday to see my primary. Saturday I couldnt take it anymore and went to the hospital. I was so bad I passed out in the bathroom in the waiting room. I ended up admitted into the hospital because my white blood cell count was so high they were worried about sepsis. I literally had two of the least common symptoms of COVID. Throughout this entire ordeal I NEVER had a fever, cough, congestion, or sore throat and Ive been vaccinated since April. SURPRISE ALL 5 of the COVID tests Ive had done this week are negative. And it did end up being a case of Giardia. So not only did I waste my time and money on getting absolutely zero help from Nova, I ended up being in the hospital for a few days. I think the Healthcare team at Nova needs to realize there are other virus/infections, etc people can get besides COVID.

I went in Friday evening in immense pain. The staff were very attentive and courteous. The provider I saw was thorough and they were able to provide prompt relief with follow up instructions.

I understand every healthcare and hospital system is overrun and overwhelmed right now. I went in for a rapid test and was there close to two hours. I had to leave to go to work and never got results unfortunately. I scheduled online and was given no indication (at that time) that there was an excessive wait. Someone I knew was there just an hour or so before me and was in and out fairly quickly. I signed in and waited about an hour, got swabbed at 535, and sat in the room for another 30+ minutes. I did tell them I needed to go back home to go back to work, and was told my results were ready and the doctor needed to go over them with me. I waited a little longer and then left at 620.Afterwards, I got a pretty snarky rude voicemail from the Dr or nurse practitioner? saying I could maybe finish the appointment if I called back, if not, Id have to do it all over again. And sorry I couldnt wait to finish my appointment.Rapid covid tests shouldnt take two hours of anyones time. Hopefully they can make changes to that process to alleviate the issues placed on both the staff and patients.

Recently needed a new Primary Care Clinic after my disastrous experience with Waterfall Medical Clinic. My Insurance Company recommended Nova in North Bend and even made the appointment for me. Was a delightful experience. Meeting Dana Harbuck was such a reassuring experience. She listened, made suggestions and actually made me file like I mattered. Highly recommend both Nova and Dana Harbuck.... Stay away from Waterfall Medical Clinic.

Worst place ever!!!! Never answer the phones. Fax number is wrong. All I need is a simple paper filled out by the nurse practitioner and they wont call back, email back nothing. Worthless customer service ever!!!!

Unfortunately I was there for Covid-19 tests, but the service I must say was the most professional and kind.The nurses bedside manner was so nice and the information given was clear and concise. If you have to need their services this is the place to go. On VIRGINIA AVENUE near Pony Village Mall.

Upon walking in I asked the receptionist if they have a contract with my insurance and she replied yes. I’m now told they do not in fact have a contract and stuck with a huge bill all the while I could have taken my business to someone that accepted my insurance. Great way to do business! 👎🏻

I got a COVID test at Nova and it was a breeze. Mark, the NP, gave knowledgeable answers to my questions. He treated me both quickly and with kindness. If I could, Id give the experience a 4.5 overall because the lab result website is slow and convoluted.

An employee named Eric ordered door dash she was a female and ended up lying to my company and getting me a violation. Eric you did receive your order and what you have done is sickening I hope you rot.

This place is great. The building is clean and the remodel looks amazing so happy to have a place to be able to go in a time of need, Amy was delightful entreating me. The staff that was there were very respectful and the paramedic they had on duty was very knowledgeable about But was going on with me. I think he deserves a raise.

I had to take my son here and this is the best urgent care center I have been in provider explained everything to my son and I and I am looking forward for their primary side to be open great staff.

Clean, secure and safely got an appt for a shoulder problem. The staff was courteous, kind and helpful. Moved me right away to a private clean room where I had an examination of my shoulder with the doctor. It didn’t stop at the front desk - the doctor was very responsive and knowledgeable as well as took the tome to get me on the right track. The doctor took the time away from her busy schedule to call me today to give me the results of the X-ray and what my next steps were to be. I will go back for any care. Ps. I wasn’t ready to go to the emergency room so I’m glad this option is available to the community.

The staff was all wonderful, our medical assistant who administered our COVID tests was funny while still being professional and made the process easier. Also the Nurse Practitioner was very kind and caring and listened to our concerns. She provided detailed answers to our questions. I was very impressed. The facility was very nice and clean and they definitely follow Covid safety protocols well.

I had a great experience even though they were extremely busy. They called me in my car, so I did not wait in waiting room. Quick to do labs and doctor was great!

So far a 7 hour wait to get a covid test, we came here at 12pm and made an appointment for 445 pm when we got here we were told first come first serve, need I say more! 730 pm and still waiting
