I have been having my bloodwork done here for a few years now and have always had a pleasant experience. I am usually in and out within 30 minutes even if there are others in front of me in line. The phlebotomists are always friendly and happy to help with any questions I have and most of my lab results are uploaded into my patient portal within a few hours.

I went to the lab at 9:30 am without an appointment or a prior visit. There were 3 folks waiting in the waiting room so I thought it would be a long wait. I was there for about 20 minutes, which is not long all things considered. The front desk person was helpful and kind the phlebotomist was excellent.

They keep moving the lab. Is this third time? Fourth time? In less than an year. The wait time is usually awful. Now they have a computer check in and it makes the wait even longer. They say you can book an appointment on the norman regional lab system, but the new location on 3201 Tecumsah doesnt even show up on the website. The only saving grace is their phlebotomists are generally pretty good. But their management and administrative staff need a lot of help and border on incompetence

Monday morning...... I got here 15 minutes early (7:15a since they post they open at 7:30a) to make sure I got all the necessary paperwork filled out. It’s now 7:50 and they still have not opened!

The wait time is RIDICULOUS! One person working front desk and doing labs! Never apologized for the wait! No sense of urgency or respect for patients time!

I got right in and out. It may have been because it was spring break, but there was hardly any waiting, except for updating my insurance.
