The doctor didnt even listen to my symptoms, just gave me an injection that they didnt even give me a paper about the side effects. They didnt even tell me what was in the injection. Also, the doctor barely gave treatment and was super judgemental because I havent been vaccinated yet, and was completely dismissive after I tried explaining that Im wanting to get vaccinated

First part of the experience was great! Was evaluated in the first visit and offered a steroid injection, which we did. A few days later, tried to call/email to talk to staff about other options since I still had immense pain. No response, nothing from them for two days. After no response, I finally had to call to discussion other options and the woman who answered was not friendly at all! Told me that they would NOT be giving me any pain pills, to which I told her I NEVER ASKED FOR ANY! Didnt like how she treated me, no follow-up. Wont be wasting my time with a clinic who doesnt return calls to patients and treats them like they are drug seeking. I think I would rather deal with the pain than be treated as if I am 2nd class, even though I am a minority. We are done....

Had my first visit last week. The staff are all wonderful and have a great sense of humor, which for me is vital. The office atmosphere is comfortable even my Service Dog was comfortable right off the bat, she is usually kind of anxious when we go to new places. But they made her feel right at home, even had dog treats. So far I love this place.

Had someone recommend this place to be for lower back issues never actually been but thanks to the absolutely terrible of the lady on the phone when I was trying to see what all I need to do to get an appointment. I never will, absolutely ridiculous for someone who is supposed to have people skills.

A+ in my book I have dealt w/ Dr.Leonard in the past and now and I will tell anyone who might need him and his wonderful staff.

The staff is great!! The doctors are not great!!!! Not sympathetic and they make me feel like im really not in pain. I get anxious everytime i go for my appointment. Its really unfournate.

Dr. Voto is a great doctor, he is very understanding and listens to his patients!

Used to go here and all my doctor wanted to do was give me injections that didnt work and made my back pain worse. And as a 27 year old at the time I didnt want to do surgery if I could help it. And basically he told me that if I didnt want either one of those then he couldnt do anything else for me and left the room. He was supposed to be managing my pain not making it worse.
